The swimming pool ph value although they updated as within the range, it wasn't true. My kids went to the pool one morning and came back with rashes. Their skin started peeling off in sensitive areas. This ruined their vacation. During checkout, while waiting for the deposit, the staff was actually complaining about a used towel that had some mud color on it. We visited during Songkran and got mud or some mixture applied on us and water sprayed when we were walking on the street . I can't believe they were using dirty towel as an excuse for holding up the deposit.

Location was good. Lots of restaurants, massage centers. Beach was a short walk from the hotel. Water activities were also closeby. The hotel is new. The cleaning staff are really serious about their job. The breakfast at he adjacent Cafe was fantastic. The hotel gave vouchers for the cafe.

The pool wasn’t amazing - the chlorine level felt quite high and stung our skin when we got in. But the view and location is stunning!

Liked the free waters provided each day, the room was big and really clean. Nice shower. Plenty of storage space in the wardrobe. Breakfast at the Coffee Club was really good. Pool bar was nice and there were plenty of loungers available. Cocktails on the roof were really tasty!

Pool area needs shade, it’s too hot during day to swim as the sun is beating down. Breakfast options are limited and set menu from Coffee Club downstairs.

- Internet is just horrible. Imagine you open YouTube app, and it takes ages to load thumbnails, not videos, thumbnails. It's basically useless - Staff was friendly, except one specific gentleman. So I check out, whole procedure, all is fine. Standing there in the lobby while waiting for my friend to come over, and all of a sudden a staff member rushes to me. He quite rudely (especially for Thai standards) asks me "where are keys, where are keys". I told him I have already checked out and what he even means. He went back to the reception desk, asked his colleague, who pointed at the table where my keys were lying all this time. Maybe next time, think before you behave like this? I don't know exactly but it felt like he implied I stole the keys? A piece of crappy plastic?

Rooms smallest we have stayed in during our travels and the most expensive. Building works next door which appreciate is out of hotels control. Noisy location in general.

This hotel is in a very busy location so if you are a night owl and want to party then it is perfect- we probably wouldn’t stayed in a quieter location if we had known but the hotel itself was great.

Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower - not what used to, but you make do.

Excellent location. Short walk to the beach. Staff very friendly. Room larger than expected - plenty of room for clothes, bags and hanging. Coffee Club breakfast has special Bloc menu. It is good value and can be purchased on the day. Ate there each day except when out on early start tours - staff very friendly and remember you too. Attached pics from room window looking out.

There was a big noise in the middle of the night . It looks like someone in the aile was very angry. So I would prefer a better security service specially because of the location (very close to the walking street)

Just a little short on extras..no hair conditioner skin moisturiser nor Bottle opener or shoe horn. Welcome drink at bar was only orange cordial big disappointment waste of time. Guess im used to more at other hotels.
