Bathroom very tired. Needs renovating. Not many English channels. Pool needs some shade, maybe a sail over part of it. Asked for shower room after we had checked out as late flight. It was dreadful, no hot water & grubby.

Location just a short way from Khao Lak on a beautiful beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a nice room with 1 double & 2 single beds near the pool. Breakfasts very good, lots of choice. Staff very nice. Maya Cafe excellent, staff also very good.

Bed was abit hard, pool area was not cleaned - dirty bandage, tissue and cigarette ends were left there the 4 days we were there - needs more attention.

Room was big and clean, nice size balcony. Pool was good size lots of loungers. Beach was beautiful lovely sand went on for mikes so great walk. Nice beach bars along beach.

The maintenance of the room could be improved. We found the sofa and the tea table covered by dust. Also the locks on the bathroom door and the main door were a bit difficult to open.

The hotel has direct access to the beach and the room is spacious. The breakfast was also nice with lots of options. The nearby area is a small neighborhood where you can find some restaurants. Not in the main town in Khao Lak but it gives you some quietness.

The bed was too uncomfortable. The only hotel were we had a bad night sleep in 15 nights we spent in Thailand. Glad we were there only for 1 night.

The hotel is good enough for the money we paid but the bed was very uncomfortable. We were in an old building, there seems to be a newer building, I suppose beds would be more comfortable there. Super easy access to the beach. The swimming pool was way too hot, we couldn’t use it, it felt more like a spa. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of food.

This is a massive hotel. Looking at the information in reception it caters for a least 6 package companies. The resulting service reflects this. Towels on sun beds by 6:30 am. There are many hotels on this beach that have a warmer feeling

The hotel’s design felt a bit dated, the rooms on the other side of the road (where we were) are some distance from the beach and main pool area and has no bar etc., so while it was nice it felt a bit "off" location-wise. Breakfast was nice but with quite a lot of people so a bit stressful.

Large, nice pool at the swim-up rooms on the other side of the road (felt very private), beach was very nice.

We asked the staff to call us a taxi, but they refused to do so.

We had a room with own pool entrance. We loved it there, although it was a bit old. The staff was nice. Very good breakfast.

There was some moisture in the ground level ocean view room (which is to be expeted since it is tropic) and the lampshades due to this could use a replacement..

We have stayed here three times and it is always lovely to come back!

Not the nicest beach, jellyfish! Not enough sun beds. Lots of space for more, but there wasn’t enough. By 8:30am all had towels on them for ‘reservation’. Gym does not have proper A/C and no free weights, definitely needs an upgrade (also very bad signage to the gym). The pool in the building next to the main building does not really have anywhere to sit/lay down, unless you have a swimup room.

Beach front, lots of breakfast choices. A/C stopped working one evening, but they moved us quickly to a new room. Nice staff. Close to all the restaurant and shops in the area.

The sea view room was spacious and we had a beautiful view from our deck. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants, bars and convenience stores around. Easy to catch taxis or rent bikes. Room was spacious and always clean.

The rooms can be cleaner . It needs a bit of an upgrade . Some of the rooms have a musty smell And I can only assume it’s because it’s been closed during Covid . A deep clean and some paint will Make the world of difference

Everything was good

I loved the place. My room was really really big and comfortable. The swimming pool in the back part was amazing. Location is great. The staff was really helpful with everything and really really nice. I also tried a Thai Boxing class and it was really fun and good! (It was my first time)
