We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe resort is a little on the tired side. An effort has been made to spruce things up and we appreciate that after Covid places are still getting back on their feet in Thailand. The rooms and exteriors all appeared to be freshly painted but the bathrooms could probably do with a little more modernizing. The main disappointment was the swimming pool, it should be and is advertised online as the crowning glory of the resort. The pumps and filters weren't working, there was one temporary one to service 3 pools so the water was cloudy at best. Tiles are missing and a lot of the grout was missing too. No cascading water feature and the pool bar was non-operational. I'm sure it's a work in progress and they will get things sorted after their busy summer season, but it would have been nice to have been told about the pool situation when we booked.
The staff here are 5 star, nothing was too much trouble. The beach bar and restaurant were excellent, highly recommend the mojitos! And the breakfasts were good too. Resort and rooms were really clean and our 2 bedroom duplex was spacious and comfortable. We got a really great early bird price so it was fantastic value for money.

CanadaArea isn't the best as in there is not much going on. Property is on a big hill so if you are not in shape may be a bit difficult. Gym is small Pool needs to be cleaned and maintained.

AustraliaThe breakfast designated for patrons staying at the hotel was provided every morning but the Breakfast menu was not what I was expecting. The menu is the same every day, has been put on for everyone on a serious budget. No bacon and no pork sausages, only chicken sausages and ham that's been sitting in water for while. The breakfast menu needs to meet the standard of a high class hotel as it's is lacking in quality breakfast ingredients.
Nice views, wonderful facilities and beautiful rooms. The staff are super friendly and professional at their duties.

Clean spacious room with comfortable bed, WiFi worked fine (I had a firestick connected) access to the beach and a bar, I chose this area to be away from the noise in town, short ride in is preferred ! Breakfast was adequate and served in a nice environment, plunge pool was welcome any time of the day ! I came to relax and that’s what I got !

United KingdomThe shared pools could do with maintenance. The water was dirty and lots of cracks, sharp tiles that gave our kids a few cuts. It's called Beach Resort and Spa but it doesn't have direct beach access and there is no spa! There are steps down to access a beach but it's not outside the hotel and when tide is in can be a bit tricky to navigate. It didn't stop us from enjoying our time, just an observation!
The staff, particularly Tor and Copta were exceptional especially in their friendliness towards our children. They helped both have an amazing stay. The 2 bed room with private pool was luxurious and breakfast was fantastic.
