Clean and nice beach was bad but not fault of hotel

There are a million mosquitoes. The communal area between the 2 bedrooms is outdoor so just got bit every time we sat outside. Also the bathroom wasn’t sealed, there’s lots of ways for bugs etc to get in and a HUGE spider kept coming in at night. We couldn’t get it because it was so fast.

Lovely hotel, we booked a plunge pool with 2 bedrooms. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was nice. The staff were really nice and they even had a golf cart to pick up my grandma from her room and sent her to and from the hotel lobby as it’s very hilly. The view from the hotel is amazing and the hotel itself is very relaxing.

whole site looks quite run down and shabby in places. very little light at night time around complex. very hilly!!!!

Pool very small and only a few sunbeds. Was under the impression the hotel was on the beach which it wasn't.

Airco stopped working several times, also during the night. When we called during the day they sent someone immediately, but it felt like a temporary fix and it kept malfunctioning. Breakfast is minimal and bit great quality. It's good to know it's a very steep walk down to go from reception to the restaurant / beach front, which at night is poorly lit. Good to mention that in December there is absolutely no beach, you can't walk to the bars/restaurants next door via the beach. The hotel has big potential but big maintenance is needed.

Staff is friendly, room service food was nice. We liked how it is just outside the busy down town Chaweng. Outside space of the beach front villa was nice (lots of shade)

This time in Dezember there is no beach at briza...only high water 😌 1cofe cup get broken, he charge me 300 baht...in shoo you can buy maybe 100 baht so this was not a fair turn from that guy when I checkout.in morning

breakfast wasn’t great. I was served a boiled egg that was practically raw. There was one night we had to ring about noise and then on our last night there was lots of noise too. We didn’t ring about it and when we made staff aware the following day the manager said there was nothing they could do.

the cleanliness of the hotel was not good. not a good room service menu and the restaurant is very bad. warm and hot water is a big issue. it’s only tapid. the resort doesn’t have there own beach. the small beach they have is under water.

The hotel is very run-down after COVID. They have started to fix it slowly but it will take time. The pool constantly looked murky with no water features working.

Good location. Very friendly staff. They all seem to have a lot of patience for kids. Near many massage places and a 7-11. Family room was perfect and right next to the pool.

Beds way to hard, quality of facilities need some attention and many things weren't same as pics. No pool bar and main pool wasn't swimable on a couple days.

Stairs to the beach scary, sand directly in front of the hotel non-existent. Loungers looking over above the sea front could do with a good clean

the pavements are very dark and at night we couldn’t see where we’re walking, the apartment too was very low dimmed, very dark too. We arrived at evening and had no hot water at the apartment, after 2 hours of arguments, the clerk agreed to move us to a new apartment, which was much better. first evening was horrible, and afterwards the stay was much better. breakfast is pretty doll and doesn’t offer much alternatives, very very basic.

Room service can be improved. Housekeeping did not provide additional soap or body gel for our 2 night stay. Toilet flush not that great. Shower can be improved. Breakfast is okay. I had more hopes for a 4 star hotel.

# alot of mosquito, u can't leave the door open even for for 30 seconds.... they only provide 1 mosquito mat per day and if u need more u need to call and request.. # breakfast menu was very limited... boring and only 1 action counter (egg counter). # limited parking space if u are driving, but can park opposite the hotel, at night the security will help u to cross the road # the property is not in a flat land... therefore we need to walk up and down slope each time # bar facing the beach was not open # toothbrush was given upon request # main pool was very small and was under maintenance

The facilities are very basic. For example, the breakfast is quite simple with not too much variety. I'd be OK with that if i paid much less for the room, but i've paid for rooms far less than that with more breakfast variety. Also, there is not too much soundproofing between two adjacent villas, this can sometimes be a nuisance if you're sleeping earlier than your neighbour.

The rooms are really spacious, and while the mattress is hard, it was actually really good for my back. I really liked the way each bungalow/villa is built, because it makes you feel like you have quite a lot of privacy.
