Nothing that I did not like.

We enjoyed the location, being within walking distance to the beach and the Patong market, and major attractions. The two bedroom suite, with jacuzzi, was excellent and exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, comfortable, and in great condition. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel had everything we needed but was not crowded like some of the bigger resorts.

Watch out for the steps if you get a duplex. The stairs were meant for size 5 feet or less.

Awesome location write in the middle of all the action on Patong Beach (but on a quiet side street so no real noise). Our duplex suite had a huge outdoor jacuzzi and two terraces. And a very reasonably priced place. Great breakfast and awesome staff

Everything was great. We did feel like the hotel was a bit pricey compared to other accommodations we went to in Phuket, and the pool accessible from the room wasn't as much a pool as a corridor of water nice to have a quick refreshing dip but not a proper pool.

Location right next to the beach and the rooftop pool with bar were definitely the best parts of our stay. The staff was great and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Cleaning of the room was not enough. The sand on the floor was Not cleaned two weeks long, although we didn’t walk with shoes… There is area like kitchen in the room, but there could be at least a teller and fork.. it’s just useless… The sink in bath was constantly getting clogged and it didn’t clear. The cleaning personal must have seen it, impossible to see. But no change in 16 days… Besides fumigation needs to be done in the room. Tiny insects were walking everywhere… harmless but not nice to see.. breakfast was enough but not a single thing changing two weeks long, we found it boring, therefore not willing to go always down for breakfast…

The hotel itself is quite basic and what you might expect from this resort town.

The hotel was perfect for our time in Phuket. Was a few metres walk from the beach and the rooms were really comfortable. It's a nice quiet area so is a nice break from the madness of the town centre.

There was an electric power tripped in the morning (around 6 a.m.) before we checked out.

The room is spacious, and there is also a bathtub in the bathroom. Great view of the sea from the rooftop's swimming pool.

this was a gem of a hotel from the location 2 mins from the beach to the size of the room we had 1105 junior suite with swim up pool. Even though we spent little time eating or drinking in the hotel the breakfast was superb, something for everybody, not overpacked due to people going on trips at various times. the pool on the roof is also worth a few days but the beach is more conveniant as you have the street food stalls cheap as chips. We have to give a massive shout out to our house keeper phaung, what an asset to the resorts staff. She was not just great at her job she also made the time and effort to get to know us as we were their for 3 weeks. She would say hello every morning ask what we were doing for the day and was genuinely concerned when my wife took ill for a couple of days, even tooting her moped one day when she passed us going into town 😂❤️. We would definetly recommend a visit to this hotel.

People smoke on terrace and you can feel it inside your room - mosquitoes they need to find a solution for it inside the rooom

The lack of daily cleaning of the rooms, absolutely hated that they just change towels and bedding
