Location was okay but not the best. Lockers were very hard to get into as when opened there was little room between the doors and beds

Nice good size double bed, AC worked really well and the facilities were nice and modern. Theres a large communal area with pool table, pinball and sofas to relax on although there’s no AC or fans so it was quite hot there

RIDICULOUS amount of mosquitoes. Bathrooms lacked cleanliness, most of the time drains blocked and flooding water.

Good location, away from the noisy main walking street. Nice and friendly staff. Got to change your towel every 48 hours which was nice when staying for longer periods of time. Water filter to refill bottles. Good lockers for bags and personal belongings.

If you’re looking for a social hostel it’s not very social but the island is very chilled anyway!

Really lovely stay at the Chic Lipe, the most affordable and reasonable accommodation for backpackers. In a good location, few minutes from the walking street, quiet in the evenings. 20 minute walk from North Point Beach, doesn’t feel far at all. There is a restaurant and cafe onsite, a large common area with lots of books. Rooms are modern and extremely clean. AC is on all day keeping the room cool. Bathrooms are also really clean, lots of showers and toilets so never had to wait. Relatively quiet hostel.

The Chic Lipe is surely a well designed hostel, providing its guests of many services to enjoy a pleasant stay in Koh Lipe. The island is small, so the hostel is few minutes away from the beach, the shops and restaurants. The double beds were comfortable and big.

The hostel is in a very good location, within walking distance from the Sunrise, Sunset, Pattaya beaches and the walking street. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and available to help. I would recommend this place.

There's nothing I didn't like.

I like the whole concept of this hostel. The receptionists were very helpful, approachable and attentive to your needs. My USB plug didn't work, and I told one of the receptionists, and they got it fixed immediately the next day. They also helped to book me a taxi. Thank you!

Bathrooms could have been cleaner

We stayed in a dorm room for 12, but with 6 double beds. The bed was very comfy and spacious. The lockers were huge. Staff were friendly, Wi-Fi worked well! Only down side was the bathrooms, they definitely could have been cleaner, I think they just need a proper deep clean! But aside from that everything was great. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment. We stayed 5 nights and it was very good value for money, as Koh Lipe isn’t the cheapest place to stay!

Air conditioning was reeeeally cold, some of us got a sore throat and cold. I told the staff and after a while they managed to make it a bit warmer. I didn't love the smell of the shower gel but that's really minor, everything else was really nice

Very clean, super comfortable bed, option to do laundry and dry clothes outside. Huge library with books, fridge and comfy common areas. Wardrobe, locker, reading light, desk, chairs in the room.

The hostel is very clean with friendly staff. The dorm itself was clean cool and quiet with plenty of space and a huge locker above the bed which is very handy. Location is perfect just a couple minute walk to the 7/11 and main walking street.

In our dorm room the beds were right beside each other so it was hard to get any kind of separation. Also, the bathrooms weren’t the cleanest but were fine. Last thing is the soap in the shower smells rotten and absolutely disgusting. Idk what scent it is but I would stay far away.

Beautiful property right off walking street. Seriously gorgeous, all wood furnishings and very comfortable. Lounge area was great and there was refillable water. Beds were also comfortable and had good curtains and strong AC.
