Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomWe basically spent nearly all our time at the hotel, it was so good. If I was being picky the gym was a little small, and could be better equipped.
What a resort! Absolutely our best hotel on our holiday. The breakfast is available at any time from 7am - 4pm, and made to order. It was exceptional. The restaurant is next to the beach. You can even eat on the beach if you prefer. The rooms were excellent. The pool was large and is an infinity type with seamless views out to sea. There are 2 other pools directly accessible from the ground floor rooms. The loungers were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the fabulous staff. We were lucky enough to be there when they did a fabulous 'Valentine's night dinner.

We loved the Chill Report: the friendly staff, the flexibility to give us an early check-in, the great pool area and beach access, the spacious modern and comfortable room, the fantastic breakfast served at the restaurant, the views from the restaurant, and the central location close to some of the best restaurants in the area.

Everything was excellent. Most of the staff speak very good English, very nice and helpful, take care of everything such as water in the pool or water for kayaking (the hotel has kayaks and bicycles). Excellent location next to a laundry and a very good restaurant. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, and the breakfast is varied and fun. Very satisfied!

Everything! The Chill resort is exactly what it says. “Chill”. The property was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. They had excellent recommendations for local outings - diving and visiting elephants, in our case. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, as were other meals too. The room and amenities were very well thought out. They even provided flip flops and a bag to carry things to the pool.
