Modern, spacious place in perfect location, responsive host and roof pool with beautiful views

The only downside for us was the bed being a bit uncomfortable (very firm mattress ) would be nice to have a mattress topper and additional pillows for people like us who like a softer sleep🙂

Great location in patong, close enough to everything but also not too close to be bothered by the noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop Pool was a life saviour in the heat and great gym/ washing facilities.

Cleaning once within seven nights isn't much. Cleaning could be more often especially if you consider the sand from the beach which you will bring for sure ;)

Nice place to stay. It's amazing to see the sunset from the 7th floor endless pool.

It was all good. No complaints!

The apartment was perfect with incredible noise protection considering it was in the heart of everything. It was very quiet and clean. We couldn´t even hear our neighbours even though we had many. We slept very well every night with brilliant air con. The wifi didn´t work on the first day but was immediately rectified by the owner who brought out an engineer. It worked perfectly after that and so did Netflix (if one needs a break from the immense hot weather). So we were very grateful for that service. It was very easy to contact the owner if necessary. It was a superb location, 5 minutes to amenities and 10 minutes walk to the beach which was beautiful. We visited both Karon och Kata beach which were also beautiful but we thought Patong beach was still the best. So we felt very lucky to be so close to it. It was the first time we had visited Thailand and it definately exceeded our expectations and so did the apartment. If we were to return to Patong, we would not hesitate to book the same apartment, which says it all. This apartment is definately recommended and worth a stay. Thanks to the owner Duncan for offering a brilliant service and a lovely apartment.

No mention that a mosque is facing the apartments with tannoy speakers blaring prayer out at 5am and all throughout the day. Forget having a siesta as well. I did message the owner and asked why there was no mention of noise pollution at an unacceptable hour. I was tired daily and wouldn’t recommend as quality sleep is an important factor of a rental,

Clean and convenient location. The apartments are all much of a likeness with them having the same furniture pack, mirror etc.

The hotel (my room) was in desperate need of an upgrade. The chair and couch in my room where so dirty, that a homeless person would not want to have them. All the communication was thru the booking app chat. Duncan told us, if you need anything to make your stay better. Just ask. Well, i asked for a softer pillow. But i got no response from Duncan. Then i asked if we could get clean towels. Then Duncan told me our room would be done the next day. So we did not get new towels that day, and the next day also nobody came. I texted Duncan again that we still did not get any clean towels. But Duncan did not react again. In our stay of 5 days our room and towels where not cleaned once. Even after i asked for towels. So in short. I think that Duncan can use a few lessons in hospitality and communication. Don’t say you want to do anything to make my stay better if you don’t want to do anything.

The location is pretty good. Not to gar from the beach. Not to far from Bangla road.

There is a mosque near by, which is very loud (woke us up few times). Also, the walls are very thick and you can hear your neighbours tv and everything from the hallway (especially in the morning people coming back from parties).

Very clean and modern apartment with very high standard (especially comparing to other apartments we stayed in Thailand). There are 2 swimming pools, gym and laundry room, which is great.

At foto you can see some floor lamp and table lamps, all of them does not work. It's for the interior.

Added the deck condo to my personal top list of apartments. Everything was good. The calm place, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to restaurant and shops. The clean room. Nice pool on the roof and nice view. Kitchen has everything for cooking if you want. Cozy garden around the condo, where you can relax in the evening.

Where do I start. The room felt dirty, there were dirty glass windows. Stained floor. Massively Stained cushions on the sofa, the arms of the sofa were stained. The PILLOWS themselves were heavily stained and one of the pillow cases was even torn badly - this is where you lay your face! I was not happy. There was no cleaning products in the apartment, no spare bags for the bins. You literally have to buy everything. The air conditioner works great, but you can’t keep it on too long as it’s a small room and either gets too cold fast or too hot. If you open the door or window then you can guarantee your getting eaten by the mosquitoes! I got bitten 8 times the first night and I refused to open doors or windows. I ended up getting sick, people said it could have been the lack of ventilation and use of air conditioning unit. I checked out a day early as I just had enough. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a ‘ok’ sized apartment for 1 person, anymore and you just won’t be able to move or store anything

The host was nice. The building is nice and the roof top / pool is lovely and the best part of the whole property.

Great place with two amazing pools and gym, good security and cleaning service, all facilities are well maintained and really well designed. The great thing you can actually cook and work, WiFi is good

Nothing really - except gate security guys very.....fastidious, at first. No bad thing as v secure keycard access to rooms. Oh- also - some people bang their doors- but all these new condos same over here- huge showy doors and fancy digital locks- on large corridor- guess its a cultural thing :)

Host was great- Oliver at end of phone and responded by email to my request to stay longer- as liked the place so much. Never been to a place with such a great pool on roof for a real lap swim- excellent. Huge fridge v handy- as hobs and fast wifii were too. Good size TV. Balcony really great for coffee & sun. Air con v cold if needed - never a bad thing here.
