The location was good. The view was amazing, beautiful sea view. The room was spotless and the bed was changed regularly. Clean towels every day. Shops near by.

Between you and that beautiful beach is a main road. Noise is constant - 24/7. We found sleeping in the front bedroom challenging.

Wonderful sea view and balcony to enjoy it. Fresh good quality linen and daily room service. Beautiful new clean bathrooms. Excellent wifi coverage. Full fridge/ freezer. Away from the non stop madness of downtown Patong, but easy access to restaurants and bars when you want it. Nice sparkling clean (smallish) pool. Really thoughtful touches like a beach bag, umbrella and sand mats in each room

You must provide a deposit of 2000 bahts, then they will return it to you without problems. Without elevator!

We had a double room with sea view. It was great to wake up with those views! The bathroom was spacious and had a glass that communicated with the room, a modern touch that made the room feel larger. The beach at your feet and the famous street just a 10-minute walk away. A wide range of restaurants and shops nearby. The room has an umbrella and towels to go to the beach, a nice gesture!

the lack of an elevator “ dumbwaiter”, which made it challenging for me to carry my belongings upstairs and downstairs. The stairs proved to be quite difficult to climb.

The drain in the bathroom needs to be covered with a hande towel - just fold it once, cover the drain, maybe spray some water on it, and then you will have no issue with a bad sewage smell. Learned that my first night. If you leave the drain uncovered, the room will smell. That is really the only issue. Besides that, there is no elevator, but that did not affect me at all during 3 weeks as I was on the 2nd floor.

Loved everything. I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was incredible. Cleaning staff is great, room is wonderful, view is incredible, and location is perfect. Get a motorbike for 300 baht a day or less and can travel anywhere easily. Can walk to many places nearby, Bangla road is maybe a 10 minute walk away - perfect for me as I like it quiet when I sleep but still able to party easily. Bed was big and nice, can comfortably fit up to 4 people. All around, I had a great 3 weeks here. Park motorbike right out front, cleaning staff is efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. Room is great, view is great, location is great. I was on the second floor with the deluxe sea view and loved it.

There was heavy construction that I wasn’t told about when I booked the room. It was too loud to be able to stay in my room. Other guests played loud music so it was all just too much.

It is beach front and you are able to sit outside and watch the sea. Near a lot bars and restaurants as well.
