Cant fault it

From the moment i arrived to the moment i checked out the service was impeccable. Nothing was too much for the staff. The room was stunning the pool Area was spotless and really quiet. I will return in may.

Location, it is about 1 hours drive from Bangkok.

Everything about this place was amazing from the staff/ service/ resort facility's & the rooms. Beds are comfortable & the buffet breakfast was the highlight.

There were some work being done near my suite during the day hours. It was distracting. Also, keep in mind if you have a suite that is below another, depending on how noisy your upstairs neighbors are, you will hear them walking, which did take away from some parts of the experience. I wish they would have given them another suite.

Set in the middle of Pattaya, the location was quiet within a decent neighborhood with mainly new developments. When you arrive, you are met with dedicated staff, white glove treatment, and opulence. The grounds are clean and the rooms are surprisingly large. The pool areas are massive, with an nice selection of foods from two dedicated restaurants. Breakfast was included and of good quality. Walking around was quite the quiet surprise and the fitness facility was also good. Concierge was readily available and they made my stay extremely convenient. Great deal for the price.

The two bedroom villas are away from the fun areas. If you want a quiet relaxing spot it will be fine.

The villa was very nice. The swimming pool in the centre of the resort was marvellous.

The place was infested with mosquitoes. The room had an electric mosquito repellent but it wasn’t doing anything. They also gave us mosquito repellent spray but the mosquitoes still managed to get a taste of us. Next time I’ll definitely bring a stronger mosquito repellent. Besides the mosquitoes this hotel really feels like heaven on earth!

Everything about this place is amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they have 24/7 buggy service to take you around the hotel. Breakfast was 10/10 so many options for everyone.

My room is next to the pool. They played music at their pool bar on Saturday evening, so it might not be ideal if you want a quiet weekend stay.

The overall facilities worked well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and love it. I will go back there again when I have a chance.

Everything! The way the staff treat you, taking you to your room on a golf cart, the room was clean, very big room, felt very private when in the room. Best hotel ive been to by far!

Loved the ambiance of the place! You can still take a walk around the place at night, and you feel safe. Love that they planted all the plants to keep it cool. And also loved loved, loved the private pool. Spent almost everyday just lazing in it.

Not really that I did not like it, but the breakfast line could be expanded with more Western offerings. Still, at this price range, the line is sufficient.

The room itself, ours was a Topaz, is well appointed. I particularly like the high ceiling. And, the a/c works very well, given the volume. The room makes for a comfortable stay.

There was no option of halal food in breakfast menue. Even at omlete station,pork was being served.So we were left with almost no choice to have something in breakfast. The location itself was not close to any restaurant. This might be disturbing for your Muslim customers.But honestly speaking,I knew all this before my stay, but since I want a couple of peaceful days during my vacations in Thailand therefore it did not bother me too much. There was a spider Web in the master bedroom near the vanity area, and my son also found a spider on the bed the second night of our stay.He killed it,not a big deal, that is why the same was not reported to the housekeeping.

We love every bit of what was offered to us.I would like to thanks their manager (I forgot the name of the lady) who did not charge us for duplicate booking. The peace and serenity were unmatchable.

I didn’t like that the shower’s water pressure was low.

I personally liked the peacefulness of the hotel, away from the busy city. The hotel was nicely built and renovated. The room with jacuzzi that I booked was big and clean.
