The restaurant was very busy due to a number of coach parties using the hotel at the time we stayed.

Loved the location for our 2-night stay. We have our own vehicle and so travelling around from the hotel was no problem. The hotel rooms are built on the hillside, and so it would not suit those who have difficulty with steps. The hotel feels a bit dated now but offers good value for money.

My room was smelly from the toilet. The balcony was not clean.

The breakfast was great. More selection of food and drink. Nice coffee from the coffee machine. The staff were nice and had good service mind.

1. Room was not that clean. It is ok but I never expect dusk on top of sofa and shelves, and stains from hotel. 2. Internet router and one of a bed lamp table were broken. However, the technician came and fixed the router. He asked if I wanted to replace the lamp but I was tired and wanna rest so I said no problem

Staff were friendly, riom was comfortable Breakfas was ok but coffee was the best. Location and scenery are good for relaxing, not far rom the city but far enough to feel the nature.

The pool was far from our room. Parking on the upper level is on a hill but you can park on the lower level and use the shuttle.

They have a very restuarant and the dinner service was outstanding. Many resorts in the same area are resorts in name only. Here they have a nice pool, great dining and other guest services.

No heating in bathroom - cold at night and early morning. Cold at breakfast as fully open to the elements.No balcony furniture. The block and room looks a little worn ,needs some renovation.

The panoramic view room was very big, with hardly any furniture. Gives a feeling of waste of space. Too few electric outputs for charging phones etc. The balcony where you could enjoy the view had no furniture, so not possible to relax out there. Not possible to turn off the light on the balcony, not energy saving.

Location up in the hills gives a great fresh feeling, windy, cool, nice view etc. Room had a fridge and water boiler for making coffee.

amenities are only within driving range so you will need to have a car at least to move around to anywhere

room was spacious and view was good. just the hill to walk up to the room was steep but there is a buggy service to move around in the morning for breakfast
