How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Booking.com states that there is breakfast available but it is not.
The location is perfect. Close to everything but also very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location of the Key Hotel is great for traveller. Nearby Terminal 21 and there are many food stalls around hotel. Highly recommend for travel to Bangkok.

Furnitures was old, when we take shower the bathroom floating, some rooms smell humidity (but they changed)

Perfect location if you look for easy access to Shopping mall (Terminal 21 just around the corner 2 min. walking), BTS and many Restaurants and Bars.

The showerhead was a little low for me, I'm a taller person.
Fantastic location, very close to BTS. Close to shops and places to eat, but far enough away from the main thoroughfare to not feel overwhelmed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and larger than I expected. A great value for the money, I will definitely return. .

The disadvantage is that the shower is the same as the bathtub, and the bathtub will leak. Only one access card for a room is a little inconvenient.
The location is very good!Walk to the Terminal 21 just need about 5 min!There are many massages around that u can go and have a relaxing time! The service of the check-in counter and the doorman is very good, counter staff noticed that we have children and upgraded us to a large room for free.

Bed in the one bedroom suite was old The shower over bath tub was not so easy for me, also shower head was not the best
Booked 3 night in an executive suite, which was an excellent room. It is well laid out, with well thought out lighting and furniture. Great facilities. It also had a really wonderful bed (which was new). Extended my stay for an additional 2 nights and was upgraded to a one bedroom suite. That room was nice, but not as functional. The bed was quite old and tired. Location is great, quiet but very central too

All good.
Location of the hotel is excellent, well placed to use public transit. Access to street vendors, and major shopping mall with an extensive food court. There was a kitchen sink, full size fridge and microwave in the room. The room was not noisy despite the location because it was up a small street. Plumbing worked well, water pressure excellent. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Internet was fast and reliable.

Sound louder outside even in mi-night assume the location is closed to street and BTS and MRT stations
Location is closed to BTS asok station and MRT station. Room size is larger than I imagined.

Bed was so damn hard you could not get a good nights sleep. Room was upgraded but we never saw any benefit in the upgrade. Like a shower rather than a bath with a shower above it. Kitchen units look tried and difficult to plug in and use the kettle for a morning coffee.
Location is excellent, close to Terminal 21 & Akon Sky train.

Mirror in the washroom has some stains on it. Slippers are expected to be given.
Staff are polite and helpful. A 4-mins walk to BTS Asok station which is really convenient.
