Great location, right on the beach. Staff were so friendly and would do anything for you. The restaurant had a great view of the beach and it was lovely to have breakfast in there every morning.

The pool wasn’t as big as it looks in photos and the water was quite warm, so not much relief from the heat in there. A lot of street noise/loud music at night if staying in the Family Suites that look onto the beach.

The property was very clean and well positioned, everything at your door step.

The room almost felt like an office but that's not really a negative. Purple everywhere.

Hotel centrally located, good sized rooms, quiet, and super comfy beds. Restaurant was good, and staff were super friendly. Really appreciated they provided a room for us to shower and change following a late check out. Hotel is in a great location for booking trips to Raleigh beach etc, and for all the shops and restaurants of Ao Nang

These hotel was perfect in every way The staff were great from the minute we arrived in our taxi. The rooms were big and comfortable The pool facilities were great, it feels like a little oasis. Location was perfect for night life, shopping, day trips and the beach was literally over the road. The breakfast was plentiful and in a lovely connected restaurant with great views

The air conditioner is hanging directly above the bed and it is not easy to set it so it doesn't blow cold air in your face. Other than that all was good!

The hotel is located in the heart of the Ao Nang Beach promenade close to multiple restaurants and night markets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast had a good choice.

Some areas are a bit rundown and need some tlc, such as cladding coming off the pool decorations.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area with two pools was very good. Room and balcony were both spacious. Breakfast was good with a large selection.

The location was right across the road from the beach. You could book your tours and get a long tail boat to Ralay beach for 100bht right across the road. The boats would leave from in front of the hotel. Easy to organise trips and in the heart of Krabi.

A couple of the sunbeds were a bit scruffy and the larger pool with the bridge was in need of some maintenance. The other pool was lovely.

The location was excellent, directly across from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The aircon was efficient. Our balcony was large and overlooked one of the pools. Breakfast choices were excellent and because I had informed them when I booked, that I have coeliac disease, they provided me with gluten free bread everyday. In addition, the attached restaurant 'Wanna's Place' where we ate breakfast became our regular eating place because they were able to ensure that I had a gluten free meal everyday. This was a huge relief as I had been struggling to find gluten free food during the beginning of our trip to Thailand. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were always smiling and friendly
