Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeRoom had a window that faced a blank wall. Corridor leading to room was a little dim. We could hear loud conversation from below at night. For price we paid I don't think it's value for money as compared to mid range hotels in Bangkok.
I appreciated the early check in at 1200 noon. The hotel deco had a modern trendy Chinese vibes. It was neat and clean. The trash bins had sensors to open and close! Location was walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants but without the busyness of Lee Plaza.

Malaysiawell we do not have anything that we do not like so far. As long as keep the hotel clean, make sure check in & check out time fast, that will be good enough.
We don't take breakfast. we really satisfied with the cleanliness of the room & bathroom, the check in time also fast. the bed so comfy & the ambience so warm. although the location is a bit far from the night market ,shopping malls & massage spa, but it is not a problem to our group, because we have our transport & we love quiet area rather than busy areas.

MalaysiaDoors are not well made. You have to pull hard to ensure it is properly locked or you may accidentally leave your room unlocked. Instructions for the safe box is not clear.
Location is good as it is quiet and you can walk to the markets and food shops nearby. Hotel is very clean and not overly crowded like the bigger hotels. If I visit Hatyai again I will pick this hotel.

Everything was great; one of our rooms had a malfunctioning airond and after a call to the front desk, it was fixed. Location was right across a massage center so that was a bonus for us. Also it was within walking distance to the shopping area. I highly recommend this hotel.
