The Balcony room which we book was very nice but pretty small. And also no railing at the balcony which is very dangerous.

The location is good , within walking distance to Kim Yong market and Lee garden night market.

I only stay at the Lantern for one night but everything was perfect, smooth checkin / checkout, grat location walking distance to the center and very clean facility.

The sound proofing is not that good and it's noisy and disruptive at late night when other guests talk to each other across the corridor. Suggest that the hotel assign single room guests in one floor and all groups taking multiple rooms in different floor. During my 5 nights stay, after the 1st group of guests checked out, another group of young girls came and they were running into each other's rooms talking loudly along the corridor. I could hear the footsteps loudly and i thought it was rats. After they checked out another group of family came and they returned to the hotel around 1am and were talking and laughing across the corridor. It wasn't the kind of little noise for a while, they stood outside their rooms and chatted for a good 5 mins at least. All these groups stayed in multiple rooms which were opposite my room, next to my room and on the other end of the corridor. So it was really noisy when they interacted with each other especially in the late night.

Genuine, helpful and friendly team! From the receptionist to the cafe staff and housekeeping. I felt welcomed, safe and well taken care of throughout my whole stay. The check-in/out process was hassle-free, even though my flight was late, the staff replied via booking.com messaging system promptly to assure me they have staff available at the timing I'll be arriving. The cafe serves amazing coffee and it's my must have every morning. Reasonably priced, their drinks and pastries are value for money for the quality. The room is gorgeously decorated to adhere to the chinese themed. Loved the layout of the room and how the space is well planned to ensure every inch serves a functional purpose. Everything is where i need them to be. The interior design makes the small room look spacious and cosy. All necessities are provided in the room with real comfortable beddings. They even have an air purifier in the room and automated bins. The bedside lamps are the best as the switch is right on top and you do not have to fuss through the dark to look for the switch. Ample power switches. Definitely my favorite hotel in Hatyai now. Highly recommended for an affordable luxurious stay.

Room had a window that faced a blank wall. Corridor leading to room was a little dim. We could hear loud conversation from below at night. For price we paid I don't think it's value for money as compared to mid range hotels in Bangkok.

I appreciated the early check in at 1200 noon. The hotel deco had a modern trendy Chinese vibes. It was neat and clean. The trash bins had sensors to open and close! Location was walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants but without the busyness of Lee Plaza.

The rooms are not 100% sound proof. We can hear people coming in and out of their rooms. And the sound absorption is poor when people are talking along the hallway.

well we do not have anything that we do not like so far. As long as keep the hotel clean, make sure check in & check out time fast, that will be good enough.

We don't take breakfast. we really satisfied with the cleanliness of the room & bathroom, the check in time also fast. the bed so comfy & the ambience so warm. although the location is a bit far from the night market ,shopping malls & massage spa, but it is not a problem to our group, because we have our transport & we love quiet area rather than busy areas.

Doors are not well made. You have to pull hard to ensure it is properly locked or you may accidentally leave your room unlocked. Instructions for the safe box is not clear.

Location is good as it is quiet and you can walk to the markets and food shops nearby. Hotel is very clean and not overly crowded like the bigger hotels. If I visit Hatyai again I will pick this hotel.

I like that the hotel even have the air humidifier! Staff is super friendly. Overall environment of the hotel is awesome!
