Breakfast seemed a little rushed at times as if they wanted me to leave. Nobody said anything or loitered but they were very fast to collect my plate(s) after I finished and I just picked up a rushed vibe was okay I understand they have alot of guests but would have appreciated a more relaxed atmosphere. The shower was temperamental at times and it was hard to get the right temperature. I do wish I was provided body lotion and conditioner as every other hotel does. I was given shampoo and body gel tho. Little disappointed in that but again, not a major thing. Nitpicking at this point. Overall excellent hotel.

Good location, close to the beach and popular nightlife destinations. Rooftop pool was cool although I didn't use it much. Staff were friendly and allowed me to be free without any hassle or problems.

Before reaching the hotel my credit card was declined several times for different reasons that turned out to be false. When showing up on the other the card worked perfectly. The hotel wanted me to make the payment through a link, something the platform says not to do due to security reasons! I spend loads of money calling the platform to avoid cancelation.

The noise. We were on 4th floor from the street side and did get woken up few times from the cars/ people yelling. Having the air con on cancelled out the noise mostly.

Rooftop pool is the highlight of this hotel. Good size, nice selection of drinks and great view. Staff were really friendly and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good with a big selection. Room service was tasty. Location is ok 10-15 min walk from Patong beach and bangla road.

The room I had was not facing the main road. Thus, I was able to draw the curtains fully and I had bright sunshine and quietness. Everything were perfect. Staff helpful and warm. However, my brother and his wife were given a room facing the main road. At all hours, traffic sound were constantly heard. Rooms were not sound proof.

The room on the main road side was very loud, i had to change to the other side. On the other side the view is horrible, actually there was a construction. The window sealings are horrible, you cannot even close the terrace door properly. The air condition is hardly push the temperature down to 25.

The rooftop pool is nice, i think this is the only mentionable good thing in the hotel

The only comment would be bed was a little to firm for us, in saying that all the beds in phuket seem to be firm

Hotel is on a very quiet street. It takes a 10 minute walk to go streets with more shops/restaurants.

Roof top pool is great and open until midnight. Food/drinks are average. Hotel room is ok, nothing special.

Room was facing the front with a busy road and the noise of the cars at night did bother me. Rooms facing the back & side apparently does not experience the same issue.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast variety is great. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel.

The hotel is really noisy. We had to be moved rooms on our first night as the hotel is on a very busy and loud road. Even from the fourth floor it still felt as though there was a motorway running through the room. It was much better when moved to the back of the hotel. The beds were also rock solid. Ok if you like a very very firm mattress but super uncomfortable for us.

The service was fantastic from staff. Friendly and professional on every level. The room was lovely and modern and the rooftop pool was gorgeous. Rooms cleaned regularly and staff were super responsive ant attentive.
