We fully enjoyed our stay! The Mellow Mango staff was always very friendly, polite and helpful!! The room was perfectly clean and super cute and modern equipped. Decor was detailed to perfection. The owners had great food recommendations and even helped us with our next trip within thailand. We felt comfortable and welcomed all the time. The beach is near by and you can also rent scooters directly in/from the resort. Breakfast was super delicious, especially the homemade jams and juices. The perfect place to stay in Koh Lanta! Loved having my own little hut. The bed was comfortable, warm showers, good air con, cleaned and free water every day. I loved the yogurt and mini pancakes at breakfast. The pool area is lovely, and Khlong Khong beach is a 2minute walk, sunset massages, cool acoustic music and great food right on the beach. I rented a moped from here and the location is perfect for exploring both ends of the island. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. I needed help during a boat tour, and the main Thai lady on reception answered the phone and translated to my tour guide for me. And the owners helped me sort out my tourist SIM card too. As a solo traveller it makes so much difference to have a safe and friendly place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone!! 10/10

Everything was perfect. We felt so welcome and the owners were great and helpful. They cleaned our room every single day, provided new towels and two bottles of water. The smoothies are delicious, and the pool is well kept and clean. I highly recommend this place 🥭

There was not much space to hang clothes which wasn't a huge problem for us as we only stayed for 3 nights but would help for longer stays. I found it strange that there was no hand soap in the bathroom as you generally wouldn't carry this around and some privacy blinds/net curtains on the windows would be a nice touch as we had to shut the curtains every time we wanted to get changed which made it very dark in the room

The hosts was friendly and helpful. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and close to lots of nice restaurants. The swimming pool was a little tropical oasis and much needed in the heat. Breakfast was reasonably priced and there was a good selection of food. The rooms was large and designed beautifully and the bed was comfy. We hired scooters directly through the hotel and the process was quick and easy.

Nothing I can think of!

The juice and cold cloth on arrival were absolutely needed and a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and plenty of it, particularly liked the yoghurt and grenola. The pool is perfect and shaded which is what we needed during 35deg++. The rooms were nicely furnished, with a great little porch to sit on and the gardens really well tended. Proximity to beach is good and the very nearby bars and restaurants were all good.

The Mellow Mango is a beautiful resort that feels like a retreat. The grounds are completely beautiful, a lush tropical paradise (early days so will only get more lush). The super maintained gardens/green spaces seemed to attract lots of nature. Super clean and tidy….you really are transported to a lovely haven. The pool is small but perfectly formed….the only pool during our travels that was cool, cited cleverly under palms…..this resort always felt serene and never over booked. Very comfy beds. Privately owned and run by a lovely Dutch couple with a young son. Staff are always helpful and polite. Resort food (lunch) was great, we didn’t get to try breakfast but it looked good. The beach is a short walk away. A very enjoyable stay.

Thank you for the wonderful stay at the Mellow Mango in Koh Lanta! The owners are great people who are building their own dream on this beautiful island. Very helpful and they organised everything for us. The resort is a gorgeous garden with a nice refreshing pool. Bed was comfy and breakfast just right. It's located perfectly on koh lanta. With a scooter you can easily reach the south and the north of the island. Beach just 50m. Supermarkets, really good restaurants, ATMs are all in walking distance. We stayed for 5 nights at The Mellow Mango with our two teenage boys on a recent trip to Thailand and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a small, laid-back boutique resort with a beautiful pool set in gorgeous gardens, 2 minutes walk to Klong Khong beach. Bungalows are spacious and serviced daily. Sabine and Johannes, the hospitable and attentive owners, assisted us with trips and taxis, etc. We ate breakfast at the resort a couple of times, which was decent - we didn't eat there in the evening but the menu looked good and was very reasonably priced. We did, however, sample a few cheeky cocktails by the pool, which were delicious! We wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you Sabine, Johannes and the Mellow Mango 🥭 team for a wonderful time in Koh Lanta 😊

The bungalows are a little bit spartan, although stylish, as there are not many pieces of furniture, not even a chair, and limited space to store clothes and things. Also the only toiletries included are shampoo and shower gel (not even soap for washing hands), which makes it a bit difficult if you spend there more than a couple of days. Our bungalow was the only one that was a bit hidden behind other bungalows and both windows were looking at walls of other bungalows. On the upside this made it more private and really quiet.

Mellow Mango is a lovely place, very beautifully made and with very friendly owners and stuff. The swimming pool and the tropical vegetation is really a small oasis in the tropical heat.The cats of the property are also super cute. The bungalows are also pretty (although minimal) and the beds are very comfortable. The distance to the beach is really short, like 3 minutes walk, but one has to pass through other properties as there is no direct exit from mellow mango, but this is not a big problem in general (although at night you need your torch to make your way back via the beach). The breakfast, although monotonous, is actually very nice, with most of the items offered being homemade (like the jams, peanut butter, yogurt) and at a very good price. The location in the island is very central giving the opportunity to go around to other places easily, and the Nlong Nhong beach has many lovely bars and restaurants. Swimming is also nice when the tide is high, and the sunsets are beautiful.

What a lovely little pearl just behind the beach this is. Everything is taken care of with love and dedication. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The hosts are nice and helpful. The meals are very nice, compliments to the cook. The rooms are cleaned daily and the pool is a delight on a hot day. Beautiful breakfast with homemade things like jams , peanut butter, granola etc. All in all a recommendation is in place , we will be back !!

The bungalows aren’t beach front bungalows, to get to the beach it’s a short walk through other hotels. Pool is in the shade throughout the day, but some like this.

Nice spacious detached bungalows, close walk to the beach. Able to rent scooters from the reception and staff were very helpful with suggestions and any help needed. The bed sheets were amazing and best sleep we had in Thailand, would stay here again.
