The owner, Khun Nida is very friendly and her cook is very delicious. We have a great dinner on our last day in the Memory Khao Yai. Our favorite was pork green curry with roti, it was very delicious. And also, Tom Som Kung, kind of tom yum kung, it is mix Thai and Vietnamese food according to Khun Nida. It’s more like a clear soup with sour, spicy and fresh taste with pineapple inside. The Tom Yum Kung was delicious as well. The prawns were fresh. The grilled beef steak with special Thai dipping sauce was great, too. We will absolutely come back again to stay and having dinner specially cooked by Khun Nida.

The staff is incredibly helpful.. in Khao Yai you have to go everywhere driving your car, also to get to the hotel you must do it by car.. so this hotel is perfectly located near to the attractions, has a restaurant and a rooftop for drinks and food and the game room is extraordinary; not just the playground for kids but also has a play station, and hundred of table games.. it was the perfect place to stay with my family! We celebrated Christmas in the hotel and there was live music and fireworks.. we really enjoyed it!

Wifi in the rooms were a little slow. So I had to go to the cafe or lobby area to have better wifi reception occasionally.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Memory. It is not a big accommodation with many facilities or themed parks, but we really enjoyed the serene and quiet environment. We also enjoyed the games room even though we only managed to play one game for a night - the place is loaded with games, even for children! Staff were really helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the fact that someone was there to receive us when we checked in at 11 pm on our first night. Would definitely come back!

The resort just opened 1 year ago and the environment is well kept, clean and many planted tropical fruits. Breakfast has variety of food from western to local dish like rice vermicelli soup which is very tasty with clear soup.

The location of The Memory is not exactly right outside most of the attractions but with car or chartered vehicles, it is only a 10 - 20 minute drive to most of the attractions.

The service at The Memory is excellent. The staff were friendly and ever ready to help us with our requests. Our room door could not be locked and they immediately changed a new room for us. They are also very careful to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The other aspect is the room view. The balcony of our block faces the sunset and we get a lovely sunset view every day. It is awesome! The location is also very quiet, suitable for a relaxed stay. They also have a game room filled with shelves of board games and have a PS for loan. Overall, the stay in The Memory is wonderful. I will go again!

If you don’t have your own transport, it’s a bit hard to get places from here, but the flip side is how peaceful it is. Drivers from the property were very helpful, however, and took us everywhere we wanted to go.

The setting of the hotel is sublime and we enjoyed every minute of being there. The hotel is a 20 min drive from Khao Yai NP Northern entrance and there is plentiful to do within the hotel's vicinity

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave, we could quite happily have stayed there if we didn’t have to get back to Bangkok for some urgent business.

This was our 4th stay and it never disappoints, everything was just quite perfect. The location is so idyllic and the staff are super friendly and very helpful should you need anything. The room could not have been any more welcoming after a very long drive and the bed was super big and super comfortable, I think I slept for about 9 hours and felt so refreshed in the morning. Breakfast was also very good, we decided on an omelette from the egg station and some pastries with freshly made coffee from a proper coffee machine, really good coffee is so important, I may have gone back for more it was soooo good 👍

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Garden is stunning. The rooftop has a great atmosphere. Location is very good for relaxing and traveling to other places like Toscana or Kensington. The breakfast was nice, they even have a machine that makes pancakes.

Reasonable WiFi speed at a little under 10 mbps, but for the money I would've expected more. In similarly priced hotels in Thailand I've gotten over 100 Mbps. Breakfast was an extreme letdown. They offered only a limited set, and no buffet, on a Sunday morning! My wife said the Thai offering was mediocre. The "Farang" offering was a standard hot dog and two slices of ham. At least we could order an omelette which was freshly made. Pastry and bread selection was right off the shelf of 7-11.

Spectacular architecture. Ample room size in the private pool room: double bed, sofa bed and two single beds in the loft. The toilet and shower were in separate cubicles which I greatly appreciated. The bathtub was of wood and looked like the traditional tub used in feudal times. Nice big TV hooked up to the Internet. Very peaceful and quiet. Water was cold, but the pool arrangements were good and they gave us extra towels. Everything in the mini-bar was free.

The facilities in the hotel are well kept. Clean. Staff and management are friendly and prompt to needs of customer. The whole place is so pretty. Very corner including the garden landscape of the hotel is so well curated even down to the pillow being used. Wonderful breakfast.
