The bungalows were beautiful and everything was thought about to make our stay special. There were robes and toiletries ,extra beach towels, a beach bag and a personal hammock ! There was regular room cleaning and the rooms were lovely and they were spacious. The solar power worked well and our phones charged easily, a signal could be picked up at the beach ,in the restaurant and at the bungalows with local sims/ Moken WiFi etc The gardens (with many lizards ) were well cared for and the beach front by the village was kept clean. We loved the varied extensive breakfast buffet and the 2 pages of vegetarian/ vegan options to chose from the menu. All the staff were amazing throughout our stay and at helping us before with info and organising us smooth transfers.The team worked well together to provide a friendly atmosphere for all. We loved the free use of kayaks and paddle boards and the relaxing sunbeds to dream away the days. It was a very peaceful stay listening to the waves from the bungalow and walking on near empty beaches. We loved our 5 nights here and found it so quiet and remote,no music, no bars, just good food and a restful beach. Thankyou to everyone at Moken .

We stayed here for just one night, which is not ideal as you take 2-3 hours to just reach the place. Not the properties fault but just wanted to mention that you must stay here for 2+ nights.

You have to know what kind of a place this is before getting here. This is calm, peaceful, secluded and eco resort. Means you don't have a TV and WIFI in your room, but you have everything else. You have kayaks, snorkels, showers, fins, paddle boards. Fresh good food, massage etc etc etc. Lush green surroundings with birds and animals. Two mall islands to go snorkelling. Staff is courteous and they manage their boat and SUV transfers very well.

The things that I did not like was NOT the fault of this place i.e. plastic at some parts of the beach or bad internet connection or the mosquitos.

The staff is super friendly, the location is heavenly beautiful, the bungalows are cozy, the beaches are not crowded, you can kayak to some small islands to snorkel, you can go to the mangroves with a kayak. And the food is unbelievably delicious.... 10/10* Will definitely come back.

- it would be nice if there was a dresser or some shelves in the cabin to store our stuff. it ended up in a pile on the floor - since the cabins are open air, you could potentially have a difficult time if you have a noisy neighbour

our stay here was incredible! we spent 5 nights relaxing and enjoying this beautiful place! - the beach are so beautiful and there are hardly any people. on the one beach, you may be the only one around - the staff are so friendly and accommodating, should you need anything - this place is so quiet! often, the only sounds that can be heard is the sounds of waves and birds! no roosters as well :) - the cabins are so lovely with firm beds (which I prefer). we were worried it would be too hot to sleep without AC, but it cools down at night and we were always comfortable - the food is delicious! although the spice level varied considerably day to day, the food was always delicious! - daily cleaning and sheet/towels changes every few days - free drinking water in the main area this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway

The accommodation is breathtaking, it is a wonderful facility, very well maintained, well managed and we felt very comfortable. The food is excellent, the kitchen is varied, every wish was immediately fulfilled and the island itself is a wonderful place to unwind. We had loved to stay longer and would had extended by a week if we had the time. We will definitely come back. The island is such a beautiful place, few people, no traffic, so the perfect place to just come down and switch off and relax. Thank you for a great stay and keep up the good work. You have to accept that Moken is Eco friendly and therefor no electric sockets for hairdryers etc. Perhaps the cost of getting to the island should have been clearer. However, there was nothing that we didn’t like!

So wonderfully peaceful. The staff were amazingly kind and thoughtful. Always smiling and attentive. Breakfast was terrific, especially the homemade yoghurt!
