Actually, the breakfast can be improved, the food provided not as overate in the review. However, still acceptable. Also, water for swimming pool can be improved as well. The pool water not clean and at jungle pool with lots leaves. May be can provide some plates and forks or spoon in room to ease us for food.

The staffs at the hotel were nice and helpful. Would like especially to thank the front desk reception named as Baron, let us have a very nice and professional services. The room and environment were green, quiet and comfortable to stay. Bed is comfortable as well.

A lot of smelly insdians (arriving by bussloads) extra bottles of water cost 50 baht which is pretty ridiculous!

The place was really nice and well maintained. The swimming pools looked amazing and the rooms were really comfortable.

I called room service so many times for few things but they never turned up.

Room in building 7 far away from reception and golf guys are non friendly it all Clean not that much some of staff the not take the towel in the ground floor in bathroom even if it is dirty

The toilet hose did not have as much pressure as blue monkey on phi phi or as Andaman and ao nang possibly the worst pressure we’ve had but not a deal breaker and apart from that the main shower head was not amazing but the secondary one made up for it in our eyes

Amazing rooms comfortable beds lovely showers great staff lots of on site activities the breakfast buffet was really good easy to access taxis and free courtesy bus to central patong and there is this place on the property next to the hotel that had cheap and very tasty food definitely have to go there if you’re staying here I will be staying here again

Everything is great, clean, convenient, wonderful breakfast. Good value. The location isn’t that close to patong beach/bangla rd and the shuttle the hotel offers gets fully booked if you don’t plan with sufficient time. There are just 3 or 4 schedules a day which also could be more.

The staff is not really helpful & nice, they are not welcoming with the customers. The shower isn’t really clean. The cleaner forgot to give us new towels two times ! The service

Smell in the room was really strong and bad, showing problems with sewage ,but I think it's not the fault of the hotel. It's general in Patong variable places, and it is extremely stinks Location not so,so ....but is free shuttle from the hotel, also private taxi / tuk tuk service 200 THB only

The hotel is very modern, all is lovely a special swimm up rooms in the jungle pool, so relaxing with jungle forest sounds in the morning, amazing and so unique 😌 The beds are very comfortable. Personally, I like breakfasts, plenty to choose, but opinion was variable.

Free return shuttle bus service quite unreliable in the evenings either runs late or doesn’t turn up at all, return Tuk-Tuk normally starts at a minimum of 200 baht which is quite high compared to some other parts of Thailand.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast nice little food court just outside the hotel. Welcome drinks vouchers on arrival plus happy hours across two swimming pools. Free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the main town shopping centre and Patong beech (need to book the day before). Rooms cleaned daily without necessarily being required to do so.

Restaurant and bar prices. 2 to 3 times the price elsewhere for same items. Limited our eating and drinking on site .

The hotel is well situated. Peaceful. If you want to got to town there was a free shuttle service. Breakfast : good variety of food offerings, able to meet an international taste for breakfast foods. Dinner: we thought the restaurant was very over priced. As a result, we left the site for our dinners.

The restaurant wasn't great for breakfast, poorly serviced buffet, dirty cutlery and very few staff present. The lady in the sky bar wasn't very friendly, and the sky bar itself feels like an "after thought". It has so much potential, maybe lower the music,be welcoming and set up when it's open rather than loud outdated music and being felt like we were a nuisance rather than welcome guests. Also atfer waiting to be taken to room after checkin a long time, even though the bell boys were very very nice people they were just so busy, not a complaint, just a note.

Amazing house keeper called (Opp) (sorry if spelt wrong) we were in rooms 8504&8506. One of our party was sick on arrival and Opp was so caring and attentive with extra water and checking on the injured party. She really 100% made our visit to The Nature amazing. I could not say enough good things about her, the hotel is lucky to have her. Amazing views (despite rubbish in elephant sanctuary but that's not the hotels fault). Pools were nice, lovely pool bar, beautiful koi pond. Special mention to the gentlemen painting the railings around the pool also, they were very warm and welcoming. Good facilities, nice staff (with 1 exception), love rooms, and perfect location if you don't want the busy streets of patong

Not very clean, I found some hairs in my bed, the sink and shower was full every time I used, I found a cockroach that I have to kill and put it outside the room. Also the AC are very strong even with the lower fan position. And the hotel is far from everything in walking distance.

It is a little worn, holes in sheets etc, nothing major. Location in not great so needed taxi to get anywhere. Nearby beach not really a beach.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff were excellent. The shuttle to and from Patong was handy.

The Indian menu in breakfast. The curry part was ok but bread part was pathetic. Someday Naan/Poori not chewable someday vada kept half cooked. The Indian masala tea was bad in taste. But I enjoyed all other items in breakfast. I tried many indian restaurant in phuket offering delicious food and tea. That means they know how to prepare good Indian food in phuket.

The hotel feels like living in nature, many plants and pools surrounded. We booked a Deluxe Room with Private Tub and it came out as excellent choice. The tub was a jacuzzi, quite relaxing when I sit for while in evening and have a drink. The morning breakfast also very good. The gym was also well equipped.

Would like to see more live music entertainment throughout the week.
