Some minor parts of the hotel room was slightly dirty. Might be due to prolonged usage of some of the facilities like the bathroom, but overall still very clean. Considering the fact that the staff would change anything for you on request.

The hotel was beautiful and it gives the nature vibe.

Plug in socket doesn’t work and they couldn’t give any solutions. Need to readjust the location of socket. Rooms get wet due to moisture

I was staying at the ocean veiw room, I could here all the noises from the cars, motorcycles and buses moving on the street outside.

the sewage smell in the toilet is very bad. Everyday, i had to boil water to drain it down but it did not help.

The Breakfast is excellent. Food is good. The staff at breakfast is very good and helpful. Good staff. The Room was very clean and well maintain.

The beach was rocky and could not be used., so we went to Patong Beach instead. And the swimming pool in front of our room was a bit dirty, although the staff were constantly cleaning it

The room we stayed in, with a pool access it was worth it. The breakfast was really nice, lots of choice, staff very friendly and helpful. They also have a stuttle bus to take you to city centre and the beach My kids(12&16)really enjoyed the jungle pool

Great property in a good location - close enough to walk to Patong Beach but far enough away from the nightlife noise. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. In house food and beverage prices were very reasonable - especially during happy hour. We recommend a pool access room as real good value.

Hotel Amenities were very limited, you can't have extra of any of it.

The hotel breakfast buffet was amazing, it has all Halal options and live egg station. I also love the ocean facing pool, hotel also provides shuttle service to Patong beach.

Seems a little run down from last time we stayed there.

The pool access rooms and how comfy the beds were. With breakfast included this was fantastic value for money, great place for kids too

The room was clean and spacious even for 3. It was great there was shuttle service including pick-up to the mall and to the beach. Staff are helpful.

Staff were not so communicative in English even at the reception when we arrived in evening. not very helpful in planning for tour packages.

Swimming Pool and the way hotel is different buildings. Fortunately had my room in main lobby wing so had great view and easy access to everything

The washroom area is too open to the bedroom. Going to toilet in the midnight needs turn on the light and has noise of flushing water which would disturb roommate. Better to have a door to close the big room with lock separating from the living room, and have another door to separate the washroom from the bedroom.
