Nothing, the property does not have a lift and we were on the fourth floor, the staff did message asking about any physical needs so they could address this if required as the stairs are quite steep.

Clean and comfortable stay, clean bathroom and room had good air con. Staff were very friendly and helpful booking transport to the white temple at late notice.

Basic room in a budget hotel, quality matches the price. Location is excellent, near bus station and night market. Cute terrace on 2nd level.

There is no "breakfast" as such but there is tea, coffee, biscuits and occasionally fruit in the morning till 10 am but there are numerous places to get breakfast in the vicinity. Bed was quite firm but I slept well and rooms on the small side for 2 people

Lovely Thai-style property very close to the bus station (1 min walk), beautifully styled throughout the property. The staff at the hotel are really friendly, very helpful and English spoken well. Washing (8 thb an item) is a real bonus as is scooter hire with local company (250 thb at time of writing). The location for solo travel is perfect 1 min walk from both the night food & clothes market and fruit market. Lovely rooftop and 1st floor seating areas both very pleasant for a Sangsom and a Chang! Stayed for 1 week and really staying to see the wider area around Chiang Rai. Loved it... Would definitely stay again!

The beds were very hard. The shower wasn't the best, the pressure was lacking so the hot water wasn't great but still hot. The balcony is closed between 11pm-8am so if you want to smoke you have to go downstairs and out the front.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Able to rent bikes and book further transportation to next destination including boat to Laos through property. We only rented a bike however. The balcony is communal for all rooms on the floor. Room was clean and housekeeping could be done daily. The location is absolutely fantastic. Great value for money, just wish the beds were more comfortable. I would still book here again, if we came back.

The doors (the one to the balcony and room’s door) had gaps between the door and the frame so the noise from the street could be heard as if the door was open. The bed a bit hard (which wasn’t a problem for me, I slept good but for some people can be important) NO ELEVATOR

Super nice staff, very helpful and smiling 😊 Perfect location very close to the bus station and the Night Market. Clean and cozy. The laundry service super fast. I left my clothes in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon they were ready. Great value for money! Recommended 👍🏻

The staff was the best, friendly, and helpful. even tho we arrived later in the evening we got a deal for the scooter for the upcoming day. The bus station is just behind the corner. Evening market with delicious food and drink, and of course karaoke! We bought here also some reasonable value souvenirs (not overpriced)

The window and doors of the terrace maybe are a little old and so there are some spaces and you hear sone quiet noises from the street (as rooster or so).

The staff was really nice, and helpful during the booking. Because I had to reschedule the dates and they helped me out. The hotel is close to the center in a quiet area.

You can't get a beter location. 100m from night market, 100m from the main bus terminal, 400m to the clock tower. I liked the shared balcony, its a special place with a nice atmosphere. Their laundry service is also great, i gave it at 8am got it back by 5pm. One thing to mention is also the very very hard bed, it might be a problem for some people but i have to to admit that is really good for sleeping abit less for relaxing or siting on it I would say really great value for money.

My partner is 1.95cm and came very close to hitting two of the beams in the room. Most people would not have this problem 😂 and we would definitely still book here again, this was very minor.

Perfect location to the bus stop for onward/inward travel and still exceptionally quiet at night. Also very close to the night bazaar. Perfect place to stay if you’re catching public transport. Good wifi, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice shared balcony space.

My partner and I stayed for only 1 night as a quick stopover. It was perfect for this as it was a very short walk from the bus terminal and close by was a huge night market aswell as a 7 Eleven, Lotus’s and Pharmacy etc. The room was clean and had a fridge which was really handy. Very good value for money and ticked the boxes for what we needed.

Toilet very small n without ventilation. Lobby has no aircon so very warm to hang out. The grumpy lady boss was not friendly. Room size seems ok but no space to open the luggage

The blankets were not big enough, didn’t even cover the bed so it was hard to share at night if sleeping with someone else and the wifi was not great.

The location was great! It was super close to the night market and walking distance to the clock and a couple temples. Convenience stores close by and right by the bus station.
