My only complaint is the bathroom facilities in the rooms. Very strange setup. Separate bathroom would be better.

Great location, we had a sea view which was incredible. Fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The shower drainage needed unblocking. Not many staff but not many customers either. Maybe a bit tired in places but has been around a few years now, I remember when it was built, had the occasional beer at the front with friends.

It's a nice hotel on the beach and a quirky design that I had wanted to see since it was built - covid caused an earlier cancellation. Room was big, bed comfortable and breakfast impressive.

Daytime receptionist didn't speak much English.

The room has no soundproof. Road traffic noise, music from the beach, TV sound and even people sneezing from adjacent room can all be heard clearly. Need to get earplugs for a good sleep.

The concrete headboard has probably chipped a few teeth in it's life, but the bed itself was comfortable.

The room was large and comfortable. It had a side view of the sea, but the lot beside is vacant so we were able to see the sea easily. Very comfortable to have an extra guest with us there. Large room and bed. We enjoyed the view of the sea from the bathtub as well. The room has a very unique look to it. It is a bit like something you would imagine from a post-apocalyptic movie in some ways. Everything was concrete. Unpainted, but finished glass smooth. Everything was very clean. At first we weren't sure if we liked it but ended up liking it. The room layout was unique and comfortable. We will stay there again sometimes.

Depending on the number of guests, breakfast could be buffet style or set menu .

Quiet rooms, located at the beach front, easy access to local transport, easy walking distance to restaurants etc.

Very clean, loved the bathtub. A little loud in pattaya in general but the sound proofing was great, loved the view, welcoming staff and literally just a few metres away from the beach, 7 eleven or restaurants. Thinking about going back after checking in to the happy vikings!

I booked this room for the "sea view", but the view was actually terrible (the view was towards an ugly building in construction and a little bit of the sea...). The handheld shower in the bathtub didn't work.

Nice staff, big and clean room, good breakfast, free parking for the guests right near the hotel entry.

Outside of the window is the beach. There was music on the beach until morning. I thought it would be better to set a time limit.

Great ocean view. Best place to go to restaurant.

- Most staff are weird, not professional, seem unsincerely with fake smile and excuse. After walking outside for hour with very hot and big shinning in the afternoon to wait until 14.00 for check-in around 14.20, surprised that female reception just told me without regret that the room is not ready, or will I change to another same room? So I just wait for my room. Never met late check-in before at any hotel. Can't remember if she said anything to excuse as i don't impress all sfaff here since first met, they have weird expression. Only 1 Male receptionist who tries saying good words to make good impression. I don't know if because I am thai with chinese looking, then i wasn't welcomed here. But i saw they treat other thai customers well. So unprofessional if you named as Hotel. If you change name to hostel, then it may just so so. No hotel standard expextation. However, i mostly was warm welcomed when staying in hostel outside Thailand. They all are better than this hotel!! - Service car - the driver doesn't have service mind. I asked him where can he take us to, he said "around here". Whattt????? Thinking I have never been here before i don't even know what and where is "around here" - Female staff who looks after breakfast area is not polite enough. I come to have breakfast at 7.00 and forgot to tell the room, she reacts clearly with frown face asking my mom for room number. There's something missing in the breakfast area, I just talk with my mom if there should ne something more here at empty area, the same staff said it's opened at 7 am, i wonder if it's just 6.59 now. Nah, my clock on the phone is 7.00 already - Water pump has a problem, no water in Sunday night from 18 - 22.30. Almost 5 hours!! After 3 calls to follow up, at 22.00 I asked is there any complain? Yes and they moved to our spair hotel Grand Jomtien. ?????!!!!! Why didn't you inform me we can move when we're back to the hotel at 19.

Great location- very close to the beach and just a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Bath tub was very big and there was plenty of hot water at all times of day. Comfortable bed and a good variety of food to eat as buffet breakfast was supplied.

The bed was very uncomfortable because it was so low and was only about a foot off the floor. It was very difficult to get in and out of bed. The safe was inside a closet on the floor. You literally have to be on your knees with your face on the floor to use it. The buffet breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in my 40 years of travel. The one staff assigned to the dining room didn’t want to be bothered at all. I had to go seek her out every morning to ask for a cup of coffee. There was a room service food tray with uneaten food outside on the hallway and it stayed there for two days where cockroaches feasted on it. I reported it the first time I saw it but the cleaning staff didn’t do anything. The common areas of the hotel was dirty and looked like it hasn’t been swept or dusted in weeks.

Location was perfect. We booked an XL Suite so it was facing the ocean and had a perfect view.
