Just returned from a 2-week stay at the Oasis and it was absolutely perfect! Delightful owners, big clean rooms with a good shower, good breakfast and a nice pool and gardens. Peaceful location but still handy and is in walking distance to restaurants and Bang Niang and close to a lovely beach. Such good value for money too.

I stopped here a couple of nights on a cycling trip. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was super comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. Good location too, very quiet, nice grounds and a good breakfast. I would definitely come back if I return to Khao Lak.

Bas and his team were just super super friendly. They gave you a great feeling right from the start upon arrival until departure. Bas even gave us a great transfer to our next Hotel in Khao Lak and showed us the temple nearby. The Hotel is also very nice. Nights are quiet, during the day you can chill at the pool. Everything is super clean. The rooms are comfortable and large. We would come here again!

Didn't like that our room faced west, would prefer an east facing room so that hot afternoon sun doesn't beat down on the room. AC kept up however.

This is a wonderful place where many guests develop friendships over many years of return visits. Doesn’t that say enough about this special property? The bungalows are clean and spacious with daily service. Breakfast is provided and everyone greets the guests with a “Guten Morgen” (most speak German, however kindly switch for English). The pool is a social focal point, but no noise, just friendly chatter and exchange of restaurants and other nearby points of interest as well. The two who run this place are so kind and cheerful with very good English.

Good convenient hotel in Khaolak. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the location is a bit far from “the city center” if you do not have a motobike but at least it is very calm and we don’t hear the main road

There was no beach or direct access to beach from the property. No restaurant, cafe, grocery store or 7/11 next door. They aren't far, but since everything is spread out along a main highway, it's not ideal to walk anywhere. There was a horribly strong pesticide smell in the room (like Mothballs or formaldehyde?) which gave me headaches. I really hope the product isn't Naphthalene-based (the chemical fumes are hazardous, banned in EU, US). We ran the aircon constantly, but the smell doesn't go away. I'd recommend they check the cleaning/ insecticide product (or switch what they are using.) It'd be ideal if there was a ceiling fan to circulate the air at night. The aircon blasts directly in your face while in bed (and, if you're sensitive like me, or air ducts are dirty) it exacerbates asthma/ sinus problems if you have it on all night.

Staff were absolutely lovely, kind and extremely responsive! On our first day, no hot water in shower & the staff immediately came & replaced it with a brand new one! Grounds well maintained, staff cleaning daily. Pool is nice, never crowded. Breakfast was simple, always fresh watermelon, pineapple, toast, mango juice, and scrambled egg. There are a couple cute friendly cats around. Location is quiet (nothing next door). Very convenient if you have a motorbike. An 8-minute drive south, you have the main Night Market area (Biang Niang Market). Night Market is open 4 days per week (2pm-11pm). We went there nearly every night, as it's a typical, lively Thai night market, music, shopping, plenty of outdoor tables to eat dinner, try a lot of market food (cheaper than eating at a restaurant, food is just as good!) If you drive 10 minutes north, you can head over to Coconut Beach, our favorite beach area in Khao Lak (nicest white sand, calm water, long long stretch of beach, with some beach restaurants, massage places etc).

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was/is 'superb'!!

My girlfriend and I Stayed here for 5 nights and we had an amazing time! The rooms were clean and spacious. I'd like to give a big thumbs up for the staff! They are so friendly and welcoming!!! They made sure that the room was clean. They provided us with fresh water and fresh fruit. They really made our day, every day. This is our little secret spot for the rest of our lives! A BIG thank you to the staff! You guys were amazing. 10/10 See you next year!

The accomodation is a 30-minute walk from the center but that did not bother me. There are motorcycles for rent though so it’s not a big issue. This would be the only ‘negative’ (but not really - everything was perfect)

The hotel is actually a place with little bungalows. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you like nature this is a good place: In the evening you can really hear the sounds of nature. The staff was absolutely incredible. They were so helpful and friendly. They really made me feel at home. I recommend this place a lot!

A fair drive from the nicer beaches althoguh staff had good reccomendations of where to go. I asked for a bath but didn't get one.

Proximity to pool, the chalet looked onto the pool. Staff were friendly and gave us everything we needed.

Nothing, location is a little out but no problem if you have transport.

The location is a little away from things but that is fine as the resort is quiet. Check in smooth and the rooms were great. Bed very comfortable and pool was very nice too.
