The condo needs more cleaning and a new sofa, which is practically unusable. The gym only has 1 treadmill, a bench press and some dum bells.

Room is spacious, and the host provided us with a scooter to rent which was very convenient! Very nice view of the forest from the room.

Pool was not open when we went, and location is out of town, best to have a ped to get around which they do offer from the accommodation.

Lovely flat, clean and spacious, even had washing machine. Good facilities and little balcony. Helpful host with speedy response to checkin and questions.

Transport need to go into Krabi town. However , only 105 Thai Baht by Grab Taxi. So not really a dislike.

The apartment is studio style. Good kitchen facilities and bathroom with Shower, sink and toilet separated from living/bedroom by sliding door. Good little balcony for drying washed clothes. Good air conditioning unit. Good little rectangular swimming pool on first floor. Good communication with efficient accommodation manager although he is a man of few words, but most helpful when asked. Easy to get to airport and Ao Nang beach area by Grab taxi for around 250 Thai Baht. A couple of good local restaurants and one Seven 11, 10 minute walk away.

There needs to change new sofa, it is too low and hard, or need better coffee table. the stuffs in kitchen low quality and some dirty, washing machine is very old and dirty but there has laundry shop in the building near this hotel.

Location is convenient, the room was quiet, we are enjoying rooftop for sunset. there is good place to stay with good price.

The mattress is extremely hard and caused me backpacking and sleepless nights There was no possibility to hang your clothes drying Roof top pool closed The other one dirty:-(

It's spacious and comfortable has pots and pans is quiet, besides dogs in the morning, scooter could be rented for 250baht. Everything smooth with the communication with property owner.

We rented this place to have a kitchen to cook simple meals when needed, but it was not well equipped enough to do so. A few things would need updating or added. The couch is not comfortable at all.

The pool was great and fresh. Views from the roof are stunning. Quiet location, easy to get in and out of Krabi town to explore area with scooter. Good bed, firm. Good shower. Helpful staff.

The location was in a remote place. So it was bit difficult to get transporation.

It was really worth the money. All facilities required for a family was available. The response for messages were also too quick. Thnaks for that.

It's a little out of the way from Krabi Town (10 minutes) but it is easy access to Aonang Beach

Easy to extend stay, good facilities if you are working ect. Easy to hire bike and contact staff. Comfy bed and washing machine is a bonus

I would have put a 9 but there was no cover for the duvet and there were some stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom towels… You need a motorbike or order taxis to get anywhere as it is a bit eccentric

The property seems to be a residence where people live full year, it is secure as there is a night guard. The gym is old but you still can manage to do a training The flat was large enough and there is a kitchen if you want to cook !

General Cleanliness of the whole apartment could have been better. Apartment was not cleaned during our entire stay which could have been an added advantage otherwise. The utensils in kitchen were not very clean as well. Location of the apartment is a bit off (not very close to restaurants, supermarkets as such) and one need to have a two wheeler or car to move around conveniently.

The apartment size is quite decent for a family of 3 with one double bed+ 1 sofa bed. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc. The apartment building is new and maintained. A good size smart TV with a good wifi.

The only let down were the uninvited ants that came to join me at times.

A bit out of the way from Krabi Town but affordable bike rental directly from the accommodation makes getting about much easier. Mus Oruchan the host was great and very accommodating. He helped me with all my queries and was quick to respond. The room was spacious and clean. It was a great stay and particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool. Had it all to myself on several occasions.
