Most of the staff were not happy, no smiles, apart from the check in which was reasonably friendly, and one man who served us at breakfast one morning.

We had a wonderful weekend stay away from Bangkok. The sea-view rooms have stunning views of the sea and face the sea breeze in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very accessible to the beach as well.

We were here for a wedding event and it looks like the hotel’s main purpose was to churn guests for such occasions and therefore the hotel cleanliness and maintenance was neglected. We had a big adjoining room but it wasn’t clean. When we arrived the bathtub had the previous guests hair in it. The hotel was run down. The tap in the sink was coming off, the air conditioning was leaking water on the floor, 2 sinks and only one hand wash, towel hangers broken, never saw the pool being cleaned in my entire stay there. The pool was disgusting. Outside of the wedding catering the staff were not prepared for taking meal orders. We arrived early on our first day and whilst waiting for our room to be cleaned we ordered a pizza. After waiting almost an hour no pizza arrived. Went to see the staff and was told that they hadn’t even started preparing the order! Cancelled the order but was still reflected in the final bill! Staff communication very bad. Rubbish left unattended outside our room everyday (see photo). Totally unacceptable. This at best would be a 2 star hotel until they sort out their service. Staff had couldn’t care less attitude and lacked hospitality training.

Everything was great about the property. The staffs were excellent specially Mr. Moss from the front desk. The food is amazing as well as their service. They try their best to make your trip a memorable one. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a perfect getaway from the city. Highly recommended!

- At most of the days, there was a big wedding with loud music playing all day long in one of the surrounding hotels, which made it nearly impossible to relax at the pool or beach. It turned out, that most of the hotels in this area specialised on weddings. - The hotel is located far outside the city and has no shuttle service. The only option to get into the city is to order an overpriced taxi. - At the breakfast we found mould at the tomatoes and cheese (which was no blue cheese). - The ladder at the pool was damaged and didn’t seem safe to use anymore. - Sun beds and shower at the pool was broken. - Staff was playing on their smartphones often.

Pool floor was very sharp. Our sons feet injured. Bleeding all feet fingers. Please improve. When we were there , gym and kid room was not available as they said they need space to put things for wedding event. And full space packed up with wedding preparations. Breakfast was ok. There were 2-3 choice of Thai food. And some basic bacon, sausage and egg.

- Bad experience: the first room (#54) assigned has A/C issue. The handyman came and restarted the A/C, however failed to find the root cause. The A/C failed again pretty soon, and we were asked to change to another room at late evening (22:00) - Incorrect info: the new room (#56) was a connecting room with #57, divided by just a slim door. We explicitly asked if there’s any guest in #57, and the staff said there’s no guest checked in to #57. However, around 23:00 there is a loud noise coming from room #57 which is very disturbing due to the slim door instead of brick wall. - staff did apologize, but that’s the only thing they can do. No compensation whatsoever.

One toilet didn't work. They couldn't fix it for good. We had to share one bathroom. I assumed its a 5 star hotel. The living room is massive but missing a kitchen. The just had 4 coffee mugs. No plates. No sink.
