Nothing overly negative about hotel. Though bathroom shower fixtures starting to rust. Common for hotels in Thailand. One safety concern, bathroom shower floor very slippery. Could be a hazard for elderly guests.

I don't really know as the hotel is in a good location but their queen read double beds and the rooms are a little smaller than I am used to in Thailand.

The Hotel is in a very good location as it is next to Bangkok Hospital ( if you need it) Many bars in the same soi (street) and a couple of 7/11 right there. Keep in mind that 7/11 near the hospital does not sell alcohol but the one just up the road to the left does.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t all that good. And I didn’t like the fact that the water leaked out of the shower and puddled in the bathroom doorway. Also we stayed 2 nights and none of the soaps/shampoos were replaced for the second day leaving minimal bathroom facilities. The complimentary shower cap was collected on the first day but not replaced which was an inconvenience as my wife had a hair treatment and was not able to get her hair wet.

Nice variety of food in the buffet breakfast. The rooms were quite large and very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the night markets and Udon Central Plaza.

Being on the same side of hotel as the large shed full of bars outside meant for loud music until very late. Smell from the shower drain. Breakfast although extensive was pretty ordinary.

Hotel was very nice with large clean room and bathroom, good swimming pool and lovely staff. Aircon stopped working for a bit but was quickly fixed once we notified the front desk.

Pool small, and noticed that people drinking from glass bottles pool side. Room was described as having a balcony.....however, this was about 18 inches deep and is basically an outside smoking area only, which was disappointing.

Booked the day before we traveled, and got a great price. Room was nice and clean. Location was on small side street, close to bars, restaurants etc, and only 10 min walk to Central Plaza shopping mall and large market adjacent the Railway Station. Evening meals at restaurant were good. Buffet breakfast generally very good, although no cakes on the 3 days we were there :(

Moisture in bathroom. Linens didn't has been changed for secound night, same as bathrobes. And television not good signal at all for this number of stars 🙄 No possibility for employees to make discount for the 3rd night. Not written the price of mineral water 😱 45 baths. 🤔

Cleanliness! I found some hair on bed and on the sink in the bathroom....I mean when I first stepped into the room so it cant be my hairs

location is their strongest point for this hotel. Pretty in the center of Udon Thani. Close to Shopping mall and so convenient to find food to eat. There are so many pubs around the corner but overall is fine.Staffs are nice and friendly.I like their swimming pool a lot very nice design and pretty peaceful
