The place is 5 min walk to the beach. The room itself is clean and have everything we need for our stay. We brought our dog with us and they didn't charge extra fee for the dog. Staffs are nice and friendly. We enjoyed our time there. Definitely come back again when we visit Hua Hin.

Very nice room with lots of facilities. The kitchen area was a great surprise as were the regular free snacks Missed the roof top initially but go there for the view and sun bathing. Staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful and replenished water and towels daily. Close to the beach and restaurants

Can not find anything….

Great hotel with less than 15 rooms. The location is off the main road and very quiet, only the birds wake you up. Also you can walk to the beach in your flip flops. It’s only 200 meters on the alley. The staff is amazing. My air conditioning was not working well and someone came the same day to fix it. The room has a separate bathroom and a small separate kitchen with microwave and fridge. Also a safe. Next door is a kite school where you can get great coffee at 8am and they also have great food for lunch and dinner. I will definitely come and I strongly recommend. One of the top hidden place in Hua Hin.

Everything was good, the only thing it would be great to have a hairdryer, but to be fair I never asked for it.

I enjoyed my stay at the Phen house. It’s a nice simple quiet place. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I asked for a small desk, so grateful the owners prepared it for me along with an office chair, it made my work very comfortable. The internet in the room was good enough for work, there are routers on every floor. The room is spacious, with separate bathroom and utility room. The furniture is a bit old but it’s totally fine for my taste, it’s clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is good if you don’t need to be in the city center, it’s quiet, 1 minute to the sea, 5 minutes to 7/11, between Blueport and Market village malls, 15 minutes walk to either for a big choice of restaurants and shops. The kite surfing center is right next to the hotel, where you as well can buy a membership for a small gym and a swimming pool. Every day there were free fruits for the guests, a really nice touch ☺️

Friendly staff, they invited me to their celebration of Loy Kathrong where I was offered lovely food. Perfect ‘t location on seashore with trees and lovely breeze. I came in the evening and stayed only one night, to take the ferry next day.
