The location was pretty far away from the main strip you can’t walk anywhere as it’s on a main road

Nothing - it is slightly out of the way but 5 minutes in a grab and you are there for 230bht

The villa was amazing, beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Having a private pool was really good too. I especially liked the outdoor bath. The room had been decorated for my birthday which was a nice touch. On arrival you are taken to your villa on a golf buggy, there is also a free car shuttle service down to Ao Nang and you make your own way back. Taxis are readily available in both directions, we mainly used grab and had no issue. I would highly recommend the landmark night market 5 minutes away for street food. Breakfast was great and free good coffee available all day.

Just the location. Rest it was a great experience. I will definitely stay again for the private pool.

I liked the overall setting of the resort. Liked having my own private pool. Really liked that I could enter into the washroom right from the swimming pool. Didn't have to go through the room. Breakfast was nice though you had a choice of items they made fresh every morning when you arrive at the breakfast table. Had problem finding Grab to & from the hotel. Though before 5pm they provided shuttle to Aonang Beach area which was good but sometimes I used to leave after 5pm or come back late at night & had issue getting Grab. One time I had to walk 5km to Aonang Beach area around 5km to get to restaurants. Rest everything was great. Rooms were clean & room service was great. They cleaned room everyday if you wanted. I indicated the linen to be changed only once in 2-3 days as they gave this option.

Love the location as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the main attraction area like the Krabi Night Market which is abt 10mins away and less than 100baht by Grab.

There were ants in the room and the shower didn’t drain very well. Location was far from everything.

The bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and very nice. We enjoyed having access to Netflix. The washroom was also nice. We liked having a shuttle from the hotel to get to the beach.

- I didn’t like that breakfast had to be picked during breakfast the previous day - the location is a 40 min walk from the main beach. Getting a grab was difficult/impossible, so often took a tuk tuk back up the hill. - felt very secluded with no activity in the area at night without paying extra for transportation.

Everything was perfect. As a recommandation, I would say that breakfast is not exceptional compared to other locations, but they try their best.

We really enjoyed the bice pool villa we had. Tha location is very clean and the overall atmoshere is really pleasant. The location is not bear beach, but for us it was more than ok, because it is quiet and away from the busy Ao Nang beach area. Also, they offer free shuttle to the beach all day.

Beautiful hotel with lovely gardens. Very friendly staff who are always happy to help. Located just outside the centre of Ao Nang but free drop offs during the day provided by the hotel. Private pool was amazing. Would highly recommend

Everything was exceptional! The Pin Boutique family were lovely Poom, Jan, Paw the gentleman who drove the shuttle everyday on our stay at the Pin and everyone else I didn't mention by name. This place has so much warmth, hospitality and character. They pay attention to the smallest details with care 🤍 When in Krabi will definitely come to stay in The Pin.

I would have really loved some more variety on the breakfast menu, the menu options were given to choose the previous day, but after a few days, it got really boring, as the options were limited. But they did also provide unlimited coffee/tea from the machine throughout the day, which was nice and there was toast, yoghurts, cereal etc to also choose from. The location of the hotel was also slightly out of the way and grabs are difficult to get some evenings, but the drop off service was really useful for going out before 5.

The property is amazing from the moment you walk in. You’re welcomed with welcome drinks and taken to the room, the room comes with a Netflix profile, drop off service to the beach/market and a lovely private pool! These facilities were amazing for us as a Muslim couple as I could enjoy a private swim, the overall experience was exceptional! The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel truly think of all your needs and wants, and seem keen to continue to improve. Although it wasn’t our honeymoon I would recommend anyone who wants to go to Krabi on honeymoon or some nice ‘couple time’ away, to stay at the Pin!

Everything. Villa was very clean and modern. Loved the Bathroom. Private pool was awesome. TV comes with netflix subscription. Breakfast was great. Has a free shuttle to Ao nang beach. They have tie ups for bike rental and island tours.List goes on. Definitely coming back again
