ThailandNo elevator. Echo, neighbor makes round noise at 3 am. The cement floor can't absorb any noise. Super loud for a moment when the drunk persons returned to their room.
The design is good. Spacious room size. Comfortable beds. Enough lighting, easy to read and put on make up. And of course, plug outlets are everywhere. There is no need to take turn to charge our phones. Plenty of the electrical outlets. We can charge, can dry our hair and watch TV at the same time. No problem. Breakfast is good on the roof top area. Welcome drink is nice and delicious.

Thailandoverall experience is Good the design and cleanliness is perfect. Only some misunderstanding that i didnt aware that there is no eleveator and we do have 1 senior but staff help to assign to 2 floor and get the breakfast from 4th floor to room service. But on check in date we arrive a bit before noon time and ask if we can get 1 room (from our 3 rooms) early check in for the senior but the staff said its the ppolicy to check in at 2 pm. only.

MalaysiaThe kitchen was a bit slow, and the sitting place was limited. There were roaches and ants in quad room. Another king room the aircon was not function well. There is no elevator in the hotel, we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor by staircase.
The location of the hotel is good. The hotel receptionist was friendly. We liked the family room, it is very suitable for family with 2-4 kids.

ThailandThere are many mosquitoes in my room and I got bitten quite a lot. Another room where my parents stayed did not have this problem though. Rooms are not so big and clean. The dust are here and there. A bathroom looks old. The wall is thin which makes it's annoying when you have a loud neighbor across (It's a quadruple room that got friends visited. People comes and goes out several times). We can here them talk in the hallway and door shut loudly. Breakfast does not taste good neither. The hotel asked us to choose what to eat when check-it and prepare each dish once we got to a dining area. Still, it was not hot and taste dull. In conclusion, it's not that bad but definitely not a good value for money place. Except the fancy design you may find in the photos, you can find a lot of cheaper places with similar quality.
The location is nice. There are a lot of store and places to eat nearby, also a laundry shop. They provide enough parking space. Beds are not bad neither.
