The location of the hotel is more than perfect and was near to the BTS station (only 2 stations away from Siam) and we could walk easily to the station, although there was an option to take a taxi or Grab (but at the rush hour, better to take BTS as it took 45 minutes to get Siam with a car whereas we supposed to get there in 15 minutes on foot and BTS). On the way, you could find the 7-Eleven and there is also a supermarket in a small mall in the Conrad building which is located in front of the hotel. The hotel staffs were very polite and kind. We also enjoyed the breakfast that have varieties of choices. The room was very clean and comfortable, and could have enough spaces to open 2 suitcases. The bathroom had both shower and bath tab, and again enough spaces to feel comfortable. I will stay there again for the next time!

Breakfast was good, decent option. I like that it ended at 10.30am, which gave us ample to time to wake up late. Room looked new and clean. Receptionists were friendly. Restaurant staffs were friendly too.

Breakfast excellent. Hotel has sustainability practices in place. Door/Reception staff are great. Free shuttle in place to take you to metro.

location: The hotel is quite far from the BTS (650m) to the nearest BTS. So it takes a lot of time to go to BTS or you need to book taxi driver (sometimes I can not book) The nearest 7Eleven is about 150m.

However the AC took a long time to cool (during a heatwave) and the room was quite small and had no mirror so it was a bit inconvenient. But would love to stay there again if they add a mirror to the room 😭

Bed, too hard. No restaurant open when I arrived , it was closed and no room service passed like 6pm. Was exhausted and hungry when I check in....other then those first world problems.. everything was great. Staff very helpful.

Hotel driver tour when driving is texting and talking all the time.. The room needs to disinfect, and the shower water goes out of its area and floods the bathroom in its entirety.

Sadly there was no cow milk alternative for the kids and their cereal (almond or oat drink). Despite being in Bangkok (and close to lots of 7/11 shops) we were surprised by this fact. We were not prepared for that and did't bring our own. If you are allergic to milk/butter and would like some more filling up version of a breakfast (instead of just fruits and veggies) I think you would have to bring your own, as all products contain dairy. We asked for alternatives on our first day and the kitchen staff said they can not organise it. It is not a deal breaker though, if you double check with the hotel in advance you can prepare yourself and bring something (we just didn't have the time).

Everyone was really nice and forthcoming. The breakfast had a few options for a plant based diet (like fruits, veggies and salad), that was great! The rooms were quiet and we slept really well. The next public transportation only about 10 minutes walk away. Some restaurants nearby, so good location.

If you type the name of the hotel in google maps, it will give you totally different address. You must specify exact address to find the hotel. We hardly found it. It was confusing for the taxi driver as well. The rooms are not spacious at all. Other than that it is not bad.

The location of the hotel is good. It is quite close to Sukhumvit 6 and some of the cafes and restaurants. The rooms were clean. The pool, the gym and the view from the top was pleasant.

Whilst we appreciated the pool , every ashtray was full of cigarette butts as this seemed to be the only spot to smoke . There was also no clean towels available but a big pile of dirty ones

clean and good location. a few mins walk to ploen chit bts station. or you can wait for free tuktuk shuttle provided by the hotel. there’s a big 7 eleven nearby and a wonderful massage parlour called Touch.

Motorbikes passing by at a certain speed can be heard at night.

The staff is very lovely and the clean staff really adorable, smiley and helpful. The complementary shuttle to the BTS is a great plus during summer in BKK when walking 7min isn’t easy.

The left elevator buttons do not light up when you press the floor. There were not enough snacks in the room minibar. Other than that everything was good.

The gym was decent, and the location was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised when they staff let me check in early despite the website saying that they would charge a half day if I checked in early.
