The pillows were too thick and uncomfortable. Bed was decent but i have to say that the 3 nights have led me to a constant neck pain from how high the pillows were. Wifi was not good at all.

Love the atmosphere of the hotel. It's almost at the center of the island but on a quieter street. Food and coffee were incredible, we felt very spoiled. We got a very large cosy room that was clean and spatious for 3 people.

Wi-fi wasn't very good in the room. No spoons to stir our coffee and tea. Would have been a bonus to have a fan on the balcony.

Breakfast was great, a huge bonus of staying here. Location for us was also excellent - close to a number of lovely beaches and very close to walking street - without any noise. Nice area in hotel next to restaurant (also very nice) where we hung out and chilled in the afternoon. Cool vibe in the Reef.

Short 5 minute walk to beach. Close to markets, restaurants, walking street. But just far away from all the really busy stuff. Great breakfast. Nice room and AC.

The room I had was a bit closer to the road so could hear a bit of traffic, but the traffic does die down in the evening, so wasn’t a huge problem. The drain in the bathroom did smell a bit, but this is common across south east Asia, so it’s all fine.

Excellent breakfast, in the middle of the island, could go anywhere within 10-15mins walk. Modest and clean room.

Amazing breakfast! The hotel is near everything, 3 minutes from the « Main Street », 14 minutes from the sunrise beach and 10 minutes from the sunset beach. Great bedroom also, with a lot of space.

Pretty hotel in a good location off the main street. Only a few minutes walk to walking street. Very easy to walk around most of the island from there. Comfortable beds, clean room. Did see a couple of cockroaches in our bathroom, but it's expected on island stays. Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! I think it was possibly the best breakfast I've ever eaten.

We are not A/C enthusiast in general and we had a very noisy an old A/C element in our family room and it wasn’t easy to adjust. That was for us a minus, the only one.

The Reef is located perfectly, 5 minutes by walk from everything but also 5 minutes by walk away from everything. It is placed on a little hill and from our terrace we had a good view even if we couldn’t se the see. The Reef is clean, the staff is smiling and kind, the breakfast is delicious with 5 different choices. It is not a classic hotel, the Reef has personality and taste. We stayed in the family room which was big a spacious and fits perfectly us. I will with no doubt recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a “cozy” place to stay.

Wi-fi connection was really poor. Hotel sent the message in advance about the connection, that it can be poor sometimes, but it did not worked almost at all in our 5 days stay.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and location was perfect. Hotel is near from walking street and restaurants, and sunset, and sunrise beaches were close as well.

Our room had a great set-up for remote working, but unfortunately the internet is really poor so manage your expectations accordingly (both the wifi and our 5G SIM cards)

Great breakfasts, and a really excellent choice for couples in Koh Lipe looking to be away from the crowds of Walking Street. Very happy with our room + private terrace.

My room’s sink faucet had a leak of water on the top. I tried several times to contact someone at the front desk but most of the time there wasn’t anyone there. But it wasn’t a big problem at all.

The Room we had is split over 3 levels, the bed is up some very steep stairs with no handrail, felt dangerous at night if you need to use the bathroom downstairs. Not suitable for older people or small children.

Breakfast was incredible, made to order brunch dishes, and the espresso coffees were excellent. Loved the rooftop balcony in the room with lounge area to read and relax. Very quiet and private. Short walk to the sunrise beach and to walking street
