We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Belgium-There was work in the hotel (external structure) during my stay and the crane was passing just in front of my balcony. -The breakfast buffet despite being very varied for savoury/salty options, lacks of sugary items. -The temperature of the shower was literally impossible to set up.
Very nice hotel. Super good value for the price.

IsraelI feel the place is a little overpriced. It's a good, comfortable, and safe facility, but paying 1000 Baht and upwards per night is a bit too much. You don't have any extras that justify it - no swimming pool, no fitness room, no spa, no rooftop bar. Also, it can be nice to have an English-speaking staff member in the reception.
Although you have to walk 5 mins to the nearest coffee shops and Seven-11, it's pretty much in central Korat. The facility has been partially renovated and there seems to be an effort to improve the quality (I came here 6 months ago when things were going downhill). Despite lacking vegetarian options, the 24/7 food menu looks good.

ThailandThe breakfast room is quite packed comparing to the amount of guests, and not varieties of food. Mostly are Thai style breakfast and it's quite spicy. Overall the breakfast needs to be improved in food variety and space of dining.
The hotel location is right in the city, very easy to commute. Also lots of parking lot including EV charging stations. The room is very clean, well prepared and the staff is helpful.

ThailandBreakfast is too many chickens. Tom Yum Kai doesn't put tomatoes. I can't find it. I don't eat bamboo, they had Pad bamboo with chicken. (That was sad me)
Most employees were good service, kind and willing to serve customers. And I like the parking lot here. Because it's orderly and there is a lot of space,convenient and safe.

United StatesI did not like when I check-in I was told to move my motorcycle before so unloaded my luggage. Unloading only took 5 minutes but they insist I move it.
Wry comfortable bed and pillows. Location was excellent. The Staff was helpful. The Breakfast is Thai style.
