How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They don’t have proper toiletries, so please bring your own toiletries from home or buy at 7 eleven. If you are Malaysian, and first time going to Phuket, please buy the international socket, the small 2 pins.
The property is clean, the room is a quite spacious for a family. The breakfast is provided so you don’t need to worry. The staff is informative about the place.

We ordered room service and the food took about an hour to arrive
Beds were very comfortable and AC worked well. Also the pool and view on the rooftop was very nice

1.once i arrived ants was on table and i continue to find them everywhere for the next couple of days,cleaner gave me spray to get rid of them,2.pool is super small for a group of people,good enough for a few,3.every single day the same breakfast-no changes in food menu!,4.very loud during the night,can hear people walking around or talking in a room next door,5.close to little shops but far away from all attractions,6.air condition blow straight on a bed,7.mould on a walls in bathroom
Location is OK,close to shops,staff very helpfull,room size just perfect,international channels on TV,Cleaning service is every day and great job done,Little cute pool on top of roof and Gym level down,

The location is not the strong point

The room was a little dated, (but very clean) and the breakfast was not good for me, I prefer continental style which wasn't really catered to, nore rice and stir fried food they did provide fries eggs and sausage.
The roof top pool, was amazing, I was staying in another hotel which didn't have one so transferred, the area wasn't as good but as it was only for 2 nights it didn't matter so much, they also have a brilliant gym. Staff were very helpful. The room had a good view and a little balcony with seating area.

More food options to cater for vegetarian/vegan. Breakfast buffet was average and had to pay for kids even though booking had breakfast included.

Had to pay even for towels for kids and breakfast for my 7 year old even though booking said breakfast included.

Bathroom was tiny and only shampoo was provided as toiletries. The water was not hot but slightly warm at max.
Room size is decent and the bed is pretty large compared to standard sizes. Room was clean and well kept.

Not an ideal hub to visit the island as you will defo need a scooter to go anywhere. For a day or two is super great just bit far from beaches and interest points
The place quality price is banging. Breakfast is more thai-ish (which was really great for us). The staff is kind and super helpful. The swimming pool is small but has a great view and defo worth to check the sunset

There were stains on the towels and we did not want to use them. The breakfast was a bit traditional, so we had difficulty eating it.
location was close to the old city. We walked for about 10-15 minutes. The bed was very large and comfortable.

The area is quite rough but authentically Thai. They didn’t have an iron It’s a little far from popular spots, so you’ll need to use Grab to go to places because you can’t really walk, especially at night.
The staff, his name was Dear and he was incredibly helpful, kind and proactive. I like the gym as well and the view from my room

The hotel is in a big building and the swimming pool is on the top floor- it is very small and clearly needs renovating. The paint is peeling off the walls, there is one big seat with a pillow literally falling apart and peeling away- it would not take much to make this space more attractive, clean and looked after. It was still nice to swim in the pool as we were lucky it was never busy- but the pool area just felt neglected and in need of improvement!
The hotel and the room were clean and well kept- the room was spacious, bed comfortable and great shower with toiletries. There was a fridge in the room and desk/bench, lots of space and a nice balcony. The hotel is in a tall building and located about 20min walk from the old town. The breakfast was great and variety of foods on offer. Staff were very helpful, though when we pre ordered taxi to the airport the previous day for specific time, it was only ordered for us the next day when we came downstairs at the agreed time, so we had to wait for it to arrive anyway… It was definitely a pleasant stay though and overall, I would stay there again.

The location is a bit off if one likes to walk, but it felt safe.

Nothing bad. A very good hotel for its price.
A very good hotel with own parking in a cozy place near the Royal park. 15 minutes walk from the Phuket Town center. Shops are available nearby. The staff was polite and ready to help.
