Our experience at this hotel was very good and comfortable. It is a lovely environment with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Food was all good and very nice pool and gardens. Easy shaded parking. We will stay again.

On the first night, the water heater did not work but was fixed after letting the front desk know. I was so so shocked as there was a lizard in the room and also a cocoon kind of looking worm in the toilet

The staff were very very nice, as I was injured they got me a wheelchair and pushed me around during breakfast to let me select my food. The room service was very good too, I loved the rice with mixed vegetable and mango sticky rice!!

It would be good to have some basic utensils in the kitchen. While we understood it was a hotel, the kitchen space feels a little wasted.

We had a great time at the Silver Palm. We initially selected the hotel due to its closeness to the train, however, due to the size of our small group, we mostly traveled using Grab, which is easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and always accommodating when we needed assistance. The 2-rooms apartment was spacious and clean. We could get food from nearby restaurant or even the supermarket which is within walking distance.

Kitchen in our 2 bed apartment had nothing in it, not even cutlery to cut up fruit but we didn’t ask for any and made do eating out. I am sure if we had asked it would have been provided.

Location was great. Nip through a food market and straight at the station. Facilities were great and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Check in and check out easy. Staff good with the children. Restaurant food was lovely, so was snacks and drinks etc

They need to provide directions from the station - Google maps sends you the long way round, ignoring the little lane by the food market. Taxis don’t know where the hotel is! It was raining when I arrived so I would have preferred the shorter walk. Too many mosquitoes around the pool in the evening

Great location, very close to Hua Mak station. Large room, comfortable and pleasant balcony. Big towels. Although very close to the highway, the room was quite soundproof

Very convenient for nearby BTS station for easy access to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Good clean bedroom - including powerful shower, fridge, etc. Good nights sleep. Pool was welcomed bonus. Meals at lunch and dinner were good. Great value. Strongly recommended for airport stopover.

There is this musty smell when you enter the room and open the wardrobes/cupboards, as if the room has been emptied for quite a while.

Spacious room, perfect for family or groups. It feels like you are staying in the apartment. The location is quite near the airport and supermarket, but a bit far from the city center.

The bathroom was a bit grimy and needs a make over. “Garden view” from the balcony is extremely generous… it was really a car park with trees in it. Buffet breakfast was the same everyday and if you arrived after 9:15 fruit and certain items weren’t replaced after they were consumed.

The pool was nice. The general atmosphere was casual and laid back. The suite was huge. The bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom had a drainy smell which was a little bit unpleasant, but is not uncommon in hotter climates. That’s the only issue I had with the property, but considering the price we paid - it really was not an issue.

Location for the Airport Link cannot be any better - 4 minute walk to the station. Restaurant was good and reception was very informative about everything. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Overall - amazing value for money.

The property is clean and well managed though it is an older property. Also, the food is nice! It is nothing extravagant but it is nice and simple! Staff is friendly as well!

In room dining shuts at 10pm, so we couldn’t get additional water when we asked for it.

We stayed at the property because it was close to the stadium and the airport (we were in BKK for Coldplay). The proximity to both the places worked in our favour. The room and bathroom were spacious, along with the balcony that came with the room. The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful at every step of the way.

Not restaurant accessible except on property and “food truck like” experience near train station. Breakfast was quite expensive with only buffet option. No dishes or pans to accompany the ability to cook in room.
