You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Thailandstaircase seems scary to me when I have to walk up and down. water pressure in my room was really low. we got the bathroom’s smell the whole night I meant my bathroom was clean but without using it and I left the door open,it gave us smell like someone has just using the toilet I think it might be culvert problem that the hotel should take a look at it carefully.
great design , comfortable bed ,very clean the hotel and room look exactly just like in the photos. great drinks at the café especially yusu champagne (I can’t really remember the name it was excellent!)

ThailandIt's not friendly if you travel with family, especially old people or kids coz the stairs have no rail. So it's quite dangerous. And there is no elevator but you have to climb into 3rd floor. There is no shower amenities, only 1 shower cream or shampoo, I'm not sure coz no label on it. The water has no pressure and no power at all except the water at the sing and toilet. So it took long time for shower.
The design of hotel is hip and modern. The bed and linen is clean and comfy. Coffee at lobby floor is nice.

ThailandFirst of all, I checked in with 2 staff on the 1st floor, one was kind but asked the other staff as if she wasn't sure with her work and that staff made a grimace face all the time. This hotel doesn’t have the elevator and the room was dirty no coffee bar, no hair dryer and free water in refill bottles! But when we checked out the next day, the other 2 staff spoke nicely and smiled and they asked us to get 2 free coffee even though the coffee was not that good but they did smile face which made me feel better than the day I checked in.
The location cuz it close to the bus terminal.
