The layout of the Mini suite room and bathroom was so weird.. looked like an average double room with a weird setup to me and was quite pricey for what was received.

Location, room and entire hotel was very clean! Great job with the beach bag, towels and mat in the room also👍🏽

The room we were given was moldy. The staff helped us tremendously by changing it. The bed was very uncomfortable and in general it felt like a lot of things were worn off.

No breakfast, gym, pool bar. For all this facilities, we were asked to go to the sister hotel ( krabi la playa). Imagine walking to another hotel for breakfast! This should be mentioned in the booking. Facilities are all run down and room is dark

rooms were lovely , and I had a free upgrade to a poolside room which was fantastic. swimming in the pool and going through the balcony doors to our room was perfect especially as I could soak my feet on the balcony whilst the baby napped . the room was clean every day and the staff were very helpful. location was perfect for the beach and nightlife. also late checkout until 2pm because we were with baby was really helpful and allowed us more time to get organised , good air con and Wi-Fi

The Wifi was very bad. It didn't work like 50 % of the time. When you showered the water the water had a hard time going down the drain and it kind of flooded the floor The pool on top of the hotel lacked shade and places to chill I'm pretty sure the cleaning spray the rooms with anti mosquito spray which smells quite toxic

This property is listed on Booking as a four-star hotel. It’s a total scam hotel. We trusted the normally accurate booking.com on this one and got fooled! The facilities were old and out of date. We called guest services, housekeeping, and the front desk multiple times, and no one ever answered the phone. We also called the Thai telephone number from our cell phone and did not get an answer there either. Our sink leaked, tv remote didn’t work, had to ask for pillows, hot water was hard to come by, there was no wi-fi, and when we asked about the pool bar they took us to the hotel next-door. Our hotel key stopped working after the first day, and we have read now that other guests have had the same problem with their hotel key multiple times during their stay. They claimed to have a relationship with that hotel, and that we could use their facilities however it was very awkward. The staff didn’t speak English well so it was hard to get any clarification on things. This hotel also goes by the name Small Hotel. We were seriously overcharged for these facilities and don’t recommend it to anyone!

Generaly we were not satisfied. We should stay 4 nights and after first night we shifted to different hotel. Cleanness was in poor condition lobby + hall and towels in the bathroom were smelling. AC was noisy. Wifi did not work. During breakfast very limited options. So than we decided to leave. Lady at the reception was polite and friendly so she has promised to refund rest of three nights back. What I really do not understand, why hotel has on booking high rating - 8.5.. Owner needs to invest, because around you can find more better options for similar money.

Shower wasn't fantastic. Also very little buzz or vibe around the hotel, it felt dead at times. Probably just the time of year.

Standard 4 star hotel next to Ao Nang beach. Nothing spectacular but perfectly suitable for a few nights. Great location within walking distance of breaches and restaurants. Solid breakfast. Decent selection of pools on-site, one rooftop, one outside room.

The wardrobe could be sanitized before we checked in as it has a funny smell. Our balcony didn't have chairs like the other rooms so we didn't sit outside to enjoy the view. The bed sheets felt a bit rough to me. The breakfast spread wasn't much but I did love the porridge.

The staff were very friendly and they bought a cake on my birthday. They sang a birthday song for me after I was done with breakfast which caught me off guard. It was very sweet of them to do that as it was really unexpected. We were also upgraded to the honeymoon suite which has direct access to the pool. Thank you!

very complicated check in process. Staff at reception doesn’t speak English - always need to call an elderly lady to help them with requests. roof top pool in bad shape, ground floor pool have not been cleaned the full time we stayed and probably long before.

Great location and was able to use the sister hotel for breakfast and the pool facilities. There was a great deal of variety at breakfast and was very good. The room itself was lovely with a great bathroom and comfortable bed.
