A little isolated , with only one option to eat unless you have transport. Transfers were great however driver drove very fast and didn’t feel safe especially with children in the car.

10 mins by Scooter outside of Chumphon in a quiet location. House was lovely, with nice gardens and a pool and adjacent to a very good cafe, serving food from 8.00am until 7.00pm. Lady running the hotel was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. I highly recommend it.

It might be difficult to get to without a car. Apparently, they are known to pick people up from the c.

The owner manager is a darling...always helpful. Other staff are great too. Coffee shop adjacent. Good breakfast - Thai or western Lovely pool. Strange stepped deep and shallow Nice gardens around the building..

so very friendly! They picked us up from the railway station and even offered to make us food, even though we arrived at 11 pm. The location was very quiet, though the chickens in the garden woke us up at 5am. The guesthouse was overall clean and very lovely taken care of. Right next to the guesthouse was a small café, which offered breakfast, snacks, coffee etc.

The original room should be kept as a comfortable single. If there hadn't been an alternative, this review would have been very different.

Authentic old world atmosphere with weather board styled building. With balconies and polished wood floors. Swimming pool - fantastic Staff - wonderful Although the original room we had booked was too small for two beds, we were able to transfer to a lovely cottage at a very reasonable cost. Very quiet area, with beautiful walks; river banks where kingfishers and white egrets live and lots of fish in the river. Well kept gardens.

The location seems far out from anywhere to get dinner - I needed to get a Grab.

The host is lovely and helps to arrange a transfer to the pier if you are getting a ferry to one of the islands.

We had a really nice stay at Thirty Tree Garden House. The people there are so friendly! They picked us up from the bus station at night and even waited an hour because our bus was late. They also organized motorcycles for us. The bungalows are also really nice! Very clean and new.

The architecture. The pool. The white. All the little places to work on your computer. Inside and out. Couches, tables, benches. Just perfect and very quaint.

This is an exceptional property. In just Three to five minutes drive and you are in the middle of downtown Chumpon. At the property you feel as if you are in the middle of a forest. This is a place to relax! You need a couple of days to get the real feel. If you have to do business in the city this is the place to come home to at night.

The place is nice, comfy bed, walkable distance (about 15-20) to the city center, got free breakfast and beer is cheap (haha), property can give bicycle any motorbike to go around

It's a beautiful B&B with incredibly nice and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and had a great working A/C, the shower was clean and hot and we loved the location - a bit outside the hustle and bustle in the green but close enough to reach all the nice streetfood and everything you need in just a few minutes especially by the free bikes provided by the accommodation! The pool was under maintenance while we were here but now it looks sparkling clean and I'm sure it will be a delight to cool off in it! They offered a nice breakfast with fried eggs or a rice soup, fresh fruit and sometimes even coconut balls (something similar to mochies). The most striking was the super helpful and kind owner (no, not the fluffy white cat although she's nice and cuddly too) who really went above and beyond - thank you!!

Chicken can be loud in the morning, but it was not a big problem for us.

The owner is really friendly and tries to help where she can! We got free pick up and drop of at the bus stop and got bikes to go into the town in the evening. Basic, but nice breakfast. The location is really beautiful!

It was all good. The pool is maybe a bit strong chemical smelling.

The bright light decor and positive affirmations. It was both goofy and pleasant. The staff are helpful and the rooms were bright and clean. The pool and gardens are a good size. The chickens are hilarious entertainment and super beautiful. The 50 baht breakfast was simple and a fair starter for the day if you needed.

We stayed at thirty tree garden house for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, it’s quiet and feels very out the way but is just a 2 minute drive into the town and lots of amazing beaches all within a 15 minute drive. The staff were great and very helpful, they also kindly let us borrow their moped free of charge to drive into town!

The place has got it's charm and the pool is very nice but the highlight was the lovely host! She organised taxis to and from the property for me and let me use her bike to get around Chumphon. Would 100% recommend. Food at the cafe was also really nice.
