Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ThailandRushed construction evident in the fixtures, fittings, paint job etc.
Very standard hotel, photos are a little deceiving but non the less it was well suited to my needs. Location is good, closer to international airport but still central, max 30 min drive to main shopping centres in Siam. Airport link also a short drive down the road, Hua Mak station, about $2 aud to go to and from the airport. 711 and big C just outside, local “street food” Thai restaurants are very good just outside also. Pressure in shower is good, hot water great, could use some calcium dissolvent though. AC works, however our other room’s electricity wasn’t working, they have an electrician in house so it was resolved quickly!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Bangkok without other tourists, then this is the place to book. Very original Bangkok neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, laundries, barber shops and cafees nearby. Skytrain rail is 15 minutes walk away which is quite far for a public transport but it is manageable. Takes 1 hour by walking + skytrain + metro to get to the center and 1-2hours by taxi. It is cheaper too so I recommend to endure the walk! :) Hotel staff were very nice, polite and were eager to help. :)

My room has nice view and a big window. The hotel is near 7eleven, big C so it’s easy to buy foods. And I think this is a good choice if u have a concert in the stadium near there

ThailandPrices were TRIPLE+ during the Coldplay weekend, but who could blame them. The hotel is like so many aging post-covid hotels around SE Asia. In need of lots of small repairs here and there etc. But it was fine. Staff were lovely.
Good venue for the stadium. As a tourist or ex-pat this must be pretty much the only reason you'd be looking at this hotel. If you're booking for a big event at the stadium, then book your hotel as soon as the ticket. It made our life so much less stressful knowing we could just stroll 15 minutes to the stadium and back. Traffic there is a nightmare when 60,000 people leave at once. There will be probably be better and closer hotels, but we left it too late and ended up getting the last room here. Comfy bed, friendly staff, 7-11's next door, local restaurants (but only open at certain times so we ended up having a 7-11 dinner).

LithuaniaThe property did not meet my expectations, they have the most amazing pictures so my expectation was sky high, but actually the rooms are more outdated than that. Also there was no aircon in the hotel (only the loby), so thats unpleasant. Also really loud aircon (too loud to sleep with it on -- one of those ancient aircons from the times they were part of ceiling as opposed to a separate item). The fridge was not cold either. Sink was outside in the room, not a part of the bathroom. Also traffic is very close to hotel, quite a lot of noise comming from outside at all hours. Also only 4 stories high - thats probably the least extreme hotel in Bangkok, yet calls itself so haha.
I liked the lobby design.

ThailandThe hotel restaurant doesn’t available in COVID-19 time at the moment. There is not a particular bad things about the hotel in my opinion. However, there is nothing that exceptional about the hotel.
The location was the best. There is 2 of 7-11 convenience stores nearby. Also, gasoline station located not so far from the hotel. Moreover, the opposite of the hotel there is a northeast of Thailand food (E-San) was the best. The name of the restaurant is ครัวชูชุมแพ.
