How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Tea and coffee sachets in the room are not free !! They are priced 50 Bhat each The toilet white cotton sandals were used by others before,, and if lost will be changed 200 Bhat!!

The balcony’s are small in width, or consist of what I would call a smokers room with windows. The beds and pillows were to hard for my liking
Great staff, very helpful, air conditioning are good. Breakfast was good. Good location. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Not the greatest view as I was facing directly at Avenue Mall but views don’t really bother me.

Everything great! You have rooms towards a quiet street and rooms towards the bar area. Request one towards the hotel entrance for better sleep ;)

Decor was getting a bit long in the tooth for todays standards, but everything still worked fine and is well maintained.
Good breakfast in an elegant large room. Hotel restaurant has it's own micro-brewery with wide range of pretty decent home brews. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Didn’t like it when two small girls of my of Thai family came to visit me and hotel wanted 350 BHT from each to swim in the pool.
Very convenient for food, drink, and night life. And walking distance to the beach. Busy area but close to every thing.

AC system wasn't clean, looked dirty. That's why I think it was a lot of dust. Facilities a bit outdated. The hotel in general needs renovation.
The staff is excellent, everyone!. The room service food was delicious. They gave us a welcome drink, a coupon for a free drink to a great bar next to the hotel.

I’ve stayed several times. It’s getting a little tired and would benefit from a refurb. Worst was that my room had an enclosed sunroom in it. I could not find any wi fj reception unless I stood holding my phone outside the window.

The tv was crap too small with crap reception And the pillows were too big / the hotel did change them when asked
Fresh eggs daily cooked your way delivered to your table, staff managed the coffee machine and made for you delivered to your table fresh fruits and a small mix between Asian and western foods. The room was clean and the bed was a little hard but we have had worse

The doors of balcony aren’t best quality. So you do hear sounds from outside. Further room could use a little repairs here and there. Also the cleaning could be better. Still lot of marks in bathroom from previous guest(s). Mold here and there. Especially the sink had a big black mold all around where the sink meets the countertop.
Nice hotel. Room are spacious. Really big bath where even I fit in well with my 1m92.
