We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Thailandthe hotel provided only one keycard even i traveled with my partner. the elevator and the stair requires key card to access which means that you would have to remove the keycard from the room if one of us would go to the lobby or the car and the room would have no electricity for another one who is still in the room.
the location is good for business travelers because the hotel located on the highway which is convenient to travel to any place without traffic.

AustraliaThe pillows in my room were very thin and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. I suggested you call the receptionist asking for more pillows) There is a bit of mold on our side pillow sheet but we did not use it anyway.
The location is great. It’s on the main road, easy to find and close to many of tourist spots. The building is new and super clean. Car park is available. There’s an amazing restaurant located in the back of the hotel called Kenghom แกงหอม.

ThailandA foot towel look not clean. Breakfast has many choices but taste is so so. Wifi router is on working table but signal is poor so have to use hot spot from personel mobile.
Location is good for us. Design looks minimal and clean. In the same area, there is a restaurant and cafe where locate in the garden. The hotel has some activities for guest (not free) such as city tour and onzen in the hotel. Onzen use solar cell as main power so it can open till 6.00pm only.

United StatesThe hotel locate next to an abandoned building looks scary because it is so close to it. Breakfast was a little dull. There should be more of the northern Thai dish. Only one lift. But the most disturbing thing is that the wall isn't sound-proof, which is very bad. It's very noisy outside and from the room next door.
This hotel appears to be brand new and immaculate. The space is spotless. The air conditioner provides a pleasant sensation. They also feature an EV charger.
