Change in staffs demeanour on second visit 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was my second visit in two months and just loved the pool and closeness to the sea plus obvs no children. The rooms were kept lovely and clean. Breakfast was amazing. First visit the waiting staff were very smiley and friendly but on returning their attitude seemed to have changed and everything seemed a bother!!! My friend vaguely spoke the language and noted on more than a few occasions the rude comments they were making about customers.

Our room 927 needs some TLC, shower head was broken, screws loose coming out of the sides of bathtub, toilet seat loose, pool didn’t work for 24h, a little paint and removal of paint stains would go a long way.

Our room (Private Superior) was very far away from everything (pool, restaurant, beach) in the resort. Room was not ready at check-in time

The food at the barracuda bar/restaurant was quite poor quality and over priced, wouldn’t have a problem paying those prices if the quality matched it but quite disappointing as it stands. The floor of the shower was very slippery, large tiles and no shower matt or anti slip matt, quite dangerous, also not enough space to hang towels up only two single rails enough for a big towel each, but signs saying they are being green and how towels not hung up will be replaced etc. no place for small towels, face clothes or hand towels.

Fantastic room the bed was so comfy and the best pillows too, beautiful finish to the room, staff were friendly and helpful, infinity pool by the beach with excellent views, perfect for lounging all day with plenty of sun loungers/umbrellas, breakfast buffet was good, not the best but still good, the grounds were well maintained and the room always clean, strong WiFi everywhere.

Exceptional breakfast, our room was amazing. We had an outdoor pool out the back of our room. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The pool and private beach access was perfect and really relaxing.

The bathroom has a very stupid design to have a glass ceiling which the sun heats up the room and all toiletries products. Housekeeping didn’t provide me any slippers and toothbrush set for two days until I ask. I have my own toothbrush but I need the toothpaste. The fitness room is small. The Deluxe Double is also smaller than what photos show. They have scooters for rental but they charger 50 bahts extra than others per day. Wifi works on and off and slow. Housekeeping doesn’t make up the room thoroughly.

The resort has a beautiful pool and beach. I read many bad reviews about the Private room type so I paid extra to get a Deluxe Double room. Bed is comfortable and the room has big terrace. Decent breakfast. Staff are friendly.

The transfer service from hotel to Krabi airport only starts at 08:00 so the fee went from 350 Thb per person to 2300 Tbh. I would also recommend to have lunch at the restaurant across the hotel Chef Chalong 10/10.

The pool with ocean view is gorgeous, great and extensive breakfast, cleaning was perfect too. We got an upgrade upon arrival which we didn’t expect - the garden villa was amazing.

The front desk staff have limited English which was very frustrating when trying to arrange things or ask questions. We also were not able to check into our room on time, which after a long hot ferry ride was frustrating. The restaurant food was only ok, and very expensive for the quality. Drinks were also quite expensive. You can go down the beach to other places for better food and better prices, so I don't suggest eating there beyond breakfast.

The view from our oceanfront room was simply amazing! so lovely and bright and relaxing. That was the best part for certain. The breakfast was very good, with many options and very tasty food. The beach is very nice, the pool is clean, so both are options for swimming. It is also very quiet, so good for some peaceful downtime.

Lovely private properties towards the end of the beach. Couple of pools including lap pool, well equipped gym though some kit needed repairing. Lovely breakfast buffet

a bench or similar in our private pool would have been nice as it was too small to swim and just standing in it was not as funny. i would have appreciated it if my friend and me could have sat both at the same time to read.

the breakfast, the pool, the location close to the end of the beach - perfect! very friendly staff that answered our questions and helped wherever possible. the gm organized a great tour with a great guide for just the two of us.
