Our stay was great. However, we left behind two chargers in the room. We messaged the hotel twice to see if they had found them, but we're disappointed not to receive a response.

The hotel is let down by the size of standard rooms which are definitely on the small side. You can just about get around the bed. Also, we found the room a little impractical, for example, the bedside tables were beautifully carved, but had very little room to put anything on and no drawers to put anything in! There was also very little space around the sink to put your own items. The hotel is such a lovely place to stay, that it is a shame the standard rooms are not little larger, especially when there is a small patio out the back which guests are so unlikely to sit on given the large choice of more desirable areas to sit in the grounds, it would have been sensible to extend the size of the rooms onto these patios. The hotel sometimes hosts parties and weddings at weekends which can be noisy.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is set in beautiful grounds by the river with a small swimming pool. You can enjoy an amazing breakfast with a view of the river. The staff are both professional and attentive and could not do enough for you. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant several times and the food and service was exceptional. The beds were comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated. The hotel also offers free use of bicycles making it very easy to explore the area and to reach all the main World War II sites. You can also easily walk to the bridge and the markets.

The rooms were quite small. But no problem since we spent most of our time outside anyway.

The place is so beautiful and serene. The staff was also amazing. Delicious food as well. One of the best massages I've had in my life!

Large beautiful rooms, at a beautifully landscaped property right on the river. The location was perfect - right near town and even bikes available to venture out farther. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Would love to return here!

We stayed at the U Inchantree for our visit to the Erawan Waterfalls and had an amazing experience! Upon arrival we were instantly welcomed with great hospitality and our luggage was brought to our room. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Even 2 complimentary drinks from the minibar and some sweets. After a nice quiet night the breakfast buffet was very extensive and of high quality, with both many Thai dishes as well as continental. Also the view over the river from the terrace where breakfast was served was beautiful! We would definitely have loved to stay here a bit longer than just one night!

One thing - The walls are a little thin.

We enjoyed two nights here and throughly loved the hotel facilities, staff and location. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, who were always polite and friendly. We had no transport, so the bike hire was so helpful in getting around Kanchanaburi - to the bridge over the river Kwai, museums and war cemetery. The staff helped us with onward transfer at the end of our stay here. Cocktails by the river side at night were a favourite. The situation of the hotel is perfect for watching the sunset. It is peaceful and just beautiful. The room we had was large and had everything we needed. Plus two complimentary soft drinks per day from the fridge. The bathroom was spacious and the shower really good. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and would love to stay again.

The location is good just beside the river kwai. The room is small but comfy and has everything you need. The breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful.

Bathroom door when open blocked access to the toilet. Room needed more lighting. Overall feeling was that it lacked natural light and the arificial lighting was all on one side of the room. Most of the TV channels listed with the TV remote did not work.

U Inchantree Kanchanaburi presented as described and pictures on the internet. The presentation, staff and location right on the river was fantastic - we could not fault it. Would highly recommend if you are wanting to stay close to the Bridge over River Kwai in a beautiful setting.

we found that when it rains/wet some path are slippery . The bed was a bit to stiff for me.

Excellent breakfast and very nice infinity pool overlooking the river. In the evening the garden area where the pool was looked beautiful and we had breakfast overlooking the river. The room was on the small side but cute decorations.
