Housekeeping is a bit early, they came while I was having breakfast so I had to wait before I could enter my room. Located between Patong and Kamala but not walking distance, have to take transport to get to closest areas.

Spacious room, nice breakfast with good options, great pool and oceanview restaurant. Nice and quiet and not crowded when I visited.

Property need some maintenance. In one trip, we had issues with Jacuzzi not draining, electrical plug not working and toilet making noise. Everything got fixed at our request but you should expect more preventive maintenance for a 5 stars hotel.

The staff is very friendly and happy. Location is great with a beautiful infinity pool and great view. Restaurant is good. General atmosphere is great and the hotel is small enough that you do not have that resort feeling. I will come back if I am to visit Phuket again.

The jacuzzi in the room was not working properly, even after complaining 2 times, the staff could not fix it. Rest everything was perfect.

The beach area great with rocks and see ocean from our room was amazing. However if to clean rocks it will be great to have own little beach and swimming in the sea.

Smiling and friendly Staff and service of resort are amazing. Bed sheets and towels soft and clean, white and nice to touch. Food is ok but could be improved a bit( seafood, variety of fruit) Deck and swimming pool with lights and music made us happy! Spa on the balcony with yummy ice cream! To do exercise in the morning and having a cocktail in a little area looks like Santorini ( Greece) was something special Cleaning and making rooms can be improved. One day no one made a room and didn’t bring water bottles.

However, they let random, non resort staying visitors to use the pool during the day, which completly ruined the pool experienced. These randoms took up the seats around the pool, and were usually loud and/or smoking so really ruined the pool. Only time we ended up using the pool at all was before 11am and after 6pm before the strangers came. They come everyday too. Luckily there are a plethora of beaches to go to instead during the day.

Room was good, pool was good, food was decent enough. Good location. Is a good hotel, worth the price for me. The sea view and sights were also amazing.

Friendly staff, room was really spacious and clean. The spa on the deck was really cool. Location is a bit far from the main strip getting too and from can be a pain, but apart from that great place to stay. Would recommend!!

Nice room with Seaview and private pool and also large jacuzzi. Nice gym. Breakfast reasonably good. Love the private beach. Also very nice infinity pool with ocean backdrop.

Hotel unfortunately double-booked us and my friends had to stay in a lower grade of room, but the hotel offered free breakfast throughout our stay to make up for it. There were also some tourists who were smoking weed at the public pool.

Most, if not all of the rooms on the property are sea-facing so the view is always breathtaking - some rooms have their own private pool. The location of the property is also off the hustle and bustle of the main Patong strip which is always heavily jammed so you get a sense of a real holiday.

Food menu. Highly recommend to change the menu style to have more thai food options. For such a great hotel, restaurant was much lower. Change restaurant management.

The lobby can be renovated so that I it gives guests a sense of arrival.

The staff was amazing. Pa and Prim were in the reception and they were perfect. Maggie from Wyndham was amazing too. The check-in experience was also amazing. The food from the restaurant was top tier. The seabass and the pad-Thai were the lovely. I am will be staying with them again. The lobby is understated, so don't let that dampen your expectations of the room.

The only problem I had was when trying to checkout. I was told that one of their eftptos machines was broken, so my deposit could not be subtracted from my room total at the end, which wasn't major.

My brother and I loved the view from our room it was beautiful to wake up to everyday, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Personal highlight was their happy hour with buy one get one free classic cocktails 300 baht we had long islands flowing haha.

The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner and more information about the location of the room would have been good (we were facing the road and not the beach as was seen on the website).

The location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Great property! We got upgraded to the suite with a hot tub which was amazing. The views are great.
