They did not give us any cutlery and even for throwaway stuff, they were not willing to share it at all. That was super weird as any accommodation would give the basic cutlery - a plate, spoon, glass etc but they did not have it.

The rooms were very clean and so were the common areas, like the bath and washrooms. The AC worked well and the location was decent too. We were on the first floor and it was very clean and also easy to access at any hour of the day.

Steep stairs. Suitable for those travel light and don’t mind climbing up the stairs. Not suitable for family with small kids, elderly, pregnant women and travelers with heavy luggage. Overconsumption of alcohol before you arrive the property is not recommended. You will need to be sober to survive those stairs.

Conveniently located very close to Udomsuk BTS station. A few minutes walk to Udomsuk market. About 10 minutes walk to 101rd place- a mall with plenty of foods options and more fancy restaurants. If you are not a fussy eater and want to try street foods, Udomsuk market right across the street will keep you satisfied. Clean and comfortable bed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

If you have a big luggage and heavy, it is a problem to carry to the upstairs. Staircase is a big narrow.

Near a busy road. You hear the traffic in your room. Also at night. It was quite loud and difficult to sleep.

Service is good Location is good, but Udomsuk is far from anywhere. Daily BTS is B150 per person can be counted to be compared with other hotels.

There are a LOT of stairs and they were steep. I wish they had an elevator. My airline delayed my arrival by a day. I attempted to modify my dates but they wouldn't let me so I paid for a night I didn't use.

The staff are amazing. They cannot speak English but got a translator on the phone every time I needed anything. Wifi didn't work and they fixed it immediately. I stayed in a room with floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides. It was cool to open them at night and watch the city and subway. There is room for a comfy chair or sofa and I wish I was sitting in one at night watching the city but I made due with the wooden picnic table chairs. The subway is a 60 second walk. Very convenient.

Lots of ants. some small cockroaches, but after informing the owner, the cleaning is taken place, but the next day insects came again, but that is quite normal for a hot country like Thailand.

Location is the best, walking 1 min and you will reach the sky train station. 7-11 and Lawson convenience stores nereby. Street food and massage shop just around the corner.

Heavy traffic means very audible noise the entire time. Bring earplugs, problem solved.

Great value for Money. Super comfortable bed. Modern efficient AC. Helpful & kind staff. They carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs and wouldn’t even accept a tip for that.? Excellent location right next to the BTS.

overall the property was clean but I spotted a couple of roaches. Secondly, they didn’t have basic cutlery for their guests to use and were selling it instead.

They gave everything the promised, it was small but comfy, with all basic amenities including a room fridge & TV for the price.
