We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We got to the hotel late in the evening and the owner of the hotel drove us to a night market to get food after our stay was done he drove us to the pier and arranged transportation to our next location. They really went above and beyond!

Extremely kind, helpful and friendly family who run Uncle House. Free tea and coffee facilities all day and complimentary shuttle bus into night markets every night. They helped us book day trips and onwards travel, no request was too difficult. Thank you!

The view of the water and ship yard was excellent. The family run hotel was as good as can get .Every evening there was a free ride with pickup to one of the local markets .We needed some train tickets and bus tickets booked and one of the sons spent considerable time to make it all work .They also have a taxi service that is very reasonable when/if needed .Washing machines for laundry ,free coffee tea water and even a toaster and bread for customer use .Large room with all glass front wall to enjoy the view and access the large balcony .Quiet area of town but some local eateries around..

PolandI cannot say even a one bad wrong about that place - everything was perfect. Maybe the location wouldn't fit to everybody.. but it's still close to town and local shops.
Our stay in Uncle House was just like being home. I've never met that extremely nice and friendly personel before! I was so touched by their kindness and hospitability. Also the room (for 4 pax) was super clean, with a nice flower smell and great river-view. And they do taxi services by totally normal prices. Thank you so much Uncle! + everything!!
