Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWorst service ever. Morning front desk was very rude. They didn’t want to give me back my deposit on my room as they said the towels were dirty and stain that won’t come out. It was a bit of makeup on the towel Which will happen they said they tried to get it out and it would not come out My son took the towel to the washroom and put some soap on it and it came out. How rude they were about it I never had this problem before. They either try to cheat their guest or there not actually washing the towels probably with bleach etc Which is worrying. I will never stay or recommend this Hotel

MalaysiaReceptionist was loud and rude. Door room key Nog functioning well twice until housekeeping showed the correct way. Aircon remote was tampered at 35deg C which was basically a heater. Called up technician to fix but temperature lowest at 25deg C. Breakfast not ready at 6am as confirmed during check in. When entered, nothing was prepared - No Coffee or Tea or Juices. They have a pre-set breakfast and we had a difficult time bcoz the kitchen staff don't speak English. Tensions was high luckily patience remains
It's close to the railway station and allow early check in due to lots of vacant rooms

MalaysiaBad breakfast...very few choice until i end up skip breakfast. My room 1209 is haunted....at day time everything was okay and good. When it comes to night, we had bad dreams where a tall old man appear in dream and mention that it was his place and my wife dream that she got possessed in the room on the first night of stay. On Second night , my wifeheard a few knocking and cat meowing sound on the balcony. Her mind was disturbed and she feel like to go to balcony and jump out from the balcony. I quickly walk down to the lobby and slept in the lobby the second night and checked out the day after the incident even though i lost my payment as i booked the hotel for 3 nights. Please avoid room number 1209

ThailandThe location is at a very large major intersection. The parking lot is not at the hotel but across the very busy large intersection which is extremely dangerous to cross. The nearby area to the parking lot in the evening is full of prostitutes. Very seedy area. The hotel rooms is old and there are no facilities like gym or swimming pool. The hotel staff says you cannot park on the street next to the hotel with legal marked parking. This is not correct as I checked with the businesses outside it is acceptable to park on a legal marked parking. And I did there was no issues.
The room was acceptable that it had a full bathtub so my son could play in it. City view was pretty good that you could see the distance hills.
