Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe price could be lower like 380 to 450baht walk in. I think it's a little pricey because the hotel is rather old. The bed is not so comfy. Toilet is a bit smelly.
The location is good. Plenty of restaurants closeby. There are many tuk-tuks just in front of the hotel. It's just a short walk, about 15-20 minutes to Kon Yong market. Along the way there is a Watson.

GermanySince we've read the bad reviews before we came with low expectations. It was not as bad as we thought and tried to see the good things. In the morning we wanted to cook some water for our coffee. Inside the kettle was molding dirty water. It was disgusting.

SingaporeBad Mattress .. gave me backache & couldn't sleep well. Pillows were too thick and firm .. neckache. Bed linen were prickly and uncomfortable. Requested for 2 bath towels for shower late afternoon .. took 2 hours to arrive !! Had to provide a 500 baht cash deposit for room card to activate electricity. Wobbly door latch, lock, chain, 1 physical key. Parking area in basement very small. Narrow corridor and squeaky lift. Room walls very thin, can hear people talking & moving.
Breakfast NA. Location good with many food shops within 100m radius. Hot water electric shower.
