The Aircondition in Villa 7 was so loud during the night. Not possible.to get a good sleep

The beach has eroded so it's not accessible to hotel guests at the moment. It is currently being repaired.

Shower experience not good. Both stays in different rooms had the same shower issue. One minute hot, next minute cold then next minute boiling hot…. Mixers need adjusting.. That’s the only negative..

Some facilities were still under construction. It's also not the place if you want to be in the middle of things. There's plenty of fine local options but being mobile really opens up the location. We had a car so driving 10' north got us Cha-am beach and south Hua Hin town centre.

New build to a high standard, large rooms, comfortable beds, perfect size - big enough you don't feel like your wine of the 5 people staying there but not too big as to become impersonal. The staff was amazing, attentive, human - not transactional like you would have in a cookie cutter 5 star chain experience. My daughter had some mild food poisoning from before we came to stay and everyone was extremely helpful, she got little gifts from the staff to cheer her up (Thank you Kat and Jib especially, but really everyone was amazing, from the bar staff to room service!)

Sea is near and the views are great to look at it,but the beach is not swimmable.However,was not in need,the pool area was so nice.

Oh this hotel was perfect for our four night stay.New,clean,nice staff.Pool area bigger than it seems in pictures,very comfortable.Excellent breakfast.Though hotel was full,there was somewhat ”sleepy” atmosphere.Liked a lot 🙃

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel, modern and well kept. All staff I interacted with were friendly and happy! Rooms are excellent and facilities modern and well maintained. Restaurant food was delicious. Super infinity pool and pool bar staff member Mr Peem was a delight!

The bed was bit too hard causing ache in the back. An extra blanket on the mattress solved the problem. The pool should be deeper from the other end (now only 1,2 meter).

Erosion of the local beach meant a 15 minute walk (or buggy ride) along the coast to a long beautiful, quiet sandy beach.

A beautiful, small and friendly hotel, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the local food. The pool villa we stayed in was superb, clean, well appointed and with a sea view. We also viewed the standard rooms which were large with terraces or balconies. Happy hour was fun and the breakfast was extensive and delicious as was the restaurant food. All the swimming pools were large and inviting. Amenities like the gym and exercise classes were good as was a little trip to the local heritage houses and small farm. A memorable stay made all the more pleasant by the welcome and friendliness of the staff. The Land of Smiles indeed!
