No separate parking lot, but space in front of the hotel on the street.

Nicely located at the Mekong river. The room had a beautiful view over the river and was spacious and clean. Overall nice ambience with a touch of mediterranean style. Recommended !

The owner of the hotel is quite nice. In general, there are a lot of nice places to take photos at the hotel. Both in front of and behind the hotel, the area is very nice. But the room is narrow and doesn't do much to keep out noise. Also, things are not always what they seem to be. For example, if it rains, the hotel parking lot will be muddy, and the wheels of a parked car will be dirty with mud. The hotel was able to make a new parking spot in front of the building, which was a good thing. But after we checked out, we had to waste time cleaning the mud off the wheels of the car. We rented a car. If there is a lot of dirt, you might have to pay a fine. The food that hotels serve is a common choice. Unfortunately, we found a hair on one of our breakfast plates but the hotel can make it up quickly. In the end, the general idea is of a hotel that is easy to find and has a nice view. Nevertheless, the way the business is run is not good sufficiently.

We had expected a balcony, as advertised, but found only a small decorative semi-balcony which was unusable. Soundproofing was poor as we could hear our neighbours clearly through the wall. Lighting in the room was too bright and not adjustable. At the price we paid, breakfast offerings were not acceptable. Although we were given 2 choices for our main breakfast, these were skimpy and not nicely presented. One juice was offered which was not fresh although there is a market right next door. No fruit was available. Coffee was instant although there is an espresso machine. When we requested a real coffee we were charged for it. There is no elevator, if this is a concern. The housekeeping staff were very good but management and wait staff were lacking English language skills and appeared very inexperienced. Next door a hotel with the same view, a better breakfast and a usable balcony was half the price. That is where we will stay next time.

Our room overlooking the Mekong was spacious, had good storage for luggage, several sitting areas, and night tables. The restaurant had great views of the Mekong from inside and from the attractive, comfortable outside area. Our one lunch was tasty.
